I read lot of discussion about MRD vs other shows( so called shows about social issues)
what Purvi said is absolute truth....these shows are not aimed at creating awareness nor are they suggesting any solutions....its all about TRPs and money......the production houses and channels are least bothered about what people are learning....all that matters is what they are earning ......we can say a lot about it

but right now my concern is MRD....fm plethora of serials I picked what I liked...first time I saw this show at the end of its first week when all the episodes were shown back to back.... i was like vaaaho....freedom struggle n pretty girl portraying krantikari vs handsome barrister standing on the opposite side of fence....wat a wonderful concept .... n i was captivated

n then sumtime later searching for more information about the show i landed in this forum....
it was "Veni, Vidi, Vici" for me....with all of you wonderful people here..

i wont fully disagree with Anshu... when she said that this show went haywire n i personally feel that a powerful story has been handled weakly...even freedom struggle if shown in impressive way cd hv hooked the audiences....

but for me its was this forum which kept me addicted...with your positivism...making sense in everything…..you guys maintained the continuity… filling the gaps intelligently with your analysis, FFs and beautiful portrayal of same thing in own words…

N now as the news started settling I realized I m more upset about the fate of this forum….as without serial it wont be same….infact nothing wd be same…

I hope jyoti s efforts are fruitful for all of us…she is so sweet….

Can't somebody hit these channels left n right…unka dimag centre mein aa jayega….kohi unko akal do...

When I saw the rituals in the show that is going to replace MRD, I almost puked. They looked so macabre. That show should be banned. Trying to sensationalise such hedonistic practices. Puke, puke, puke.

gosh skepy i feel like crying as jyoti mentioned friends it confirmed MRD will say good bye to us lets see when exactly but way promos of other show r going it will be around a month ...or so ,its my guess who knows what happens in future...one thing i would like to say we still should protest bec its utter unjust ,they r taking viewers for fools....look at what happened to sony now ndtv ..same will happen to colors if they continue.and my question is show they r daring to show isnt it gross insensitivity . Way they glamorized child marrige in balika vadhu gosh am so so upset though i must say balkia vadhu is not bad show but am unhappy and am protesting untill colors exectives tell me why the heck jane kya baat hui is on and MRD being shut😭

Even though its confirmed that MRD is ending but still there is always that slight ray of hope somewhere in case our petitions r taken into consideration and this can only happen if the petition gets a good reply..so make sure that we advertize our petitions everywhere so that all MRD lovers can sign it😭...thats all we can do now ..

Its ending in the first week of March mayb😭...but still keep hoping for a miracle

i was a slient reader of this forum enjoyed every discussion and u know what i am not a serial buff u won't belive but MRD is my 1st serial & that too which i really liked. Its really sad & if it goes off air then like many of u i'll also stop watching colors

How can channel do such a thing😡...cant they see that mohe rang de is one of their more popular shows....?Cant they visit india-forums and see how popular it is...? 😲( i am sure they know it, if gavie can visit this forum then even channel guys and creatives too must be visiting it). if india-forums and its activities are the indicator of shows popularity then Mohe rang de is the most popular show of colors. I just chcked the kind of activity that happens on other forums and found that only balika vadhu has some kind of activity and other shows are not even in the fray😡😡. In terms of activity on forums Mohe rang de is doing better then Balika vadhu also....other shows channel people- if they have some brian- can themselves see how the other shows whcih started with mohe rang de are doing.....Jeevan Sathi only 15 pages,😡 bandhan Saath janmon ka 4 pages😡,Rahe Teara Ashirwaad 2 😡pages (who Watces these shows?😕) and Mohe rang De......we are about to cross 70 pages. colors TRP rakesr Baalika vadhu and jai Shree Krishna at 52 and 14 pages respectively do not fall anywhere near mohe rang de in terms of online popularity😕. And this is when the channel is not publisicing at all like jeevan sathi of which it give 1000 trailors😡 a day.... not even giving a repeat telecast of it unlike Balika Vadhu which it seems is repeated every 3 hours in a day😡.

I am confused😕 as to what is the exact criterion for assessing the popularity of the show. I feel it is the viewere who make or break a show, and how does the channel assess what the viewers are watching....if TRP ratings- - are a way to assess popularity of the show, then forums like these too are an equally important medium of assessing public choice. Infact Ifeel these are better indicator then TRPs (which know one knows how they are calculated and where the meters are fixed to measure the viewers preferences) as we know who is th😲inking what about the show....i feel these forums are more authentic then those mysterious TRP results. Even if the color is going by TRPs, why do they have to axe mohe rang de only???😲😲😲 why cant they remove their flop shows which neither give trps nor are popular on india forums..😲😲

I don't know what the channel is going to do😔😔. If they are to stop this show then it is good bye from my side to the channel...even i am not coming back to watching it. If a channel cannot give respect to viewer's choice then what is the point in watching such a channel. 😡

Now that i have got into writing mode i would like to say thanks to the people who have made this forum such a womderful place to be. first and foremost Jyoti- u r too good, ur updates were awsome, as many people have already said, even i would like to say that they are better then the episodes. and yes i loved ur postivism , ur tendency to see hope in even the most hopeless of episodes.Hats off to u dear. Skepti- what a writer u are....amazing...the verses u write.....the proses u construct....i don't have words to describe what i feel after reading them......i get goosebumps. Wish I could write even 10 percent of what u write...just amazing. Ananya - the yakkudimag...i wait for ur updates...from where do u get such ideas...? the twists and turns of ur story....every story of urs is a piece in itself and what research u do dear....facts are bang on...whether it is history, geography or polity..it is well incorporated in ur stories..then Sami..for the those wonderfull videomixes and picture update, neha for her funny takes on the serious notes, bhawna, ranjana, dew, an, chand, dawn, Arwen, pennu,.....and everyone else...sorry i am forgetting the names of others.....for making the Mohe Rang De forum so lively and one of the best and most creative forums on net.👏

I know the post was for registering my protest against the untimely removal of the show....but i couldn't help thanking u guys...because it is u who have made this show and forum so popular and felt that i should share my feelings. I hope the channels listens to our protests and sanity prevails on the people running it.....but if they don't then even after the show ends i would like to come back on this forum to read what u guys have put up with so much of passion and dedication...

aww goonj am so so touched yaar this is best forum ever ..after kajjal forum(that forum was same like this and it went thru exactly same situation) its like deja vu for me and jyoti gosh how much i love this forum...everyone here is special to me..jyo,skepy ,ena, dawn,ranju,bhawna ,purvi ,ananya,arwen ,anshu ,neha,rachna ,pennu and everyone else...

Hey Guys i too am a silent member of this wonderful forum..I too do written updates on some other forum and i was quite surprised that Jyo and mine style of writing updates are almost same..though i would say that Jyo does a superrrbb job and i absolutely love her updates..Now the situation MRD is going through is really sad, but i would advise you all not to lose faith. Just try your best to put your point across the channel. Colors is relatively new channel and it can definitely think of changing its decision by changing the timeslot based on the user feedbacks..As you people already have the email ids do make it a point to mail them atleast 2 mails a person everyday(point is they should be bombarded with mails)..You will definitely get a response, not so soon but you will get. Also when you give feedback to Colors do attach the URL of your petition and all the india-forum's URL's which have your protest messages(like this one and TB news).. Just dont lose hope. We have used this tactics to save one of our serials and we did get response from people(channel and serial's), though negative. But it may not be the case with you guys, so try your best.. I have signed the petition and will ask my friends to do the same..Incase you feel you want to talk to me do pm me..😊

Thanks Neha for appreciating my weird sense of humor..😉 I just hope you guys can work and get back ur serial from the moral science channel i.e. Colors.. Atleast try your best so that you dont repent later about it..
