Long time ago, near a perennial spring, at dusk,

Brownies were whispering, crooning and preparing,

Someone whistled and the smallest one winked back,

All of them started to giggle and do the twist dance,

Silence, said the eldest one, someone is coming,

They all turned towards the light in trance,

"May I have your attention please," said Mother fairy,

There is no time to giggle and waste,

We have to decorate the land of bird cherry

Clock is ticking away and revelry can wait,"

Brightness started to dim and dissolve,

Angelic faces lit-up with a new resolve,

Colours of firmament were ready to spread,

The Sun was holding a brush of orange red,

Holding fresh lilies and wild flowers,

Standing on the highest towers,

Brownies waited for the arrival of Dawn,

The princess who will hold the rein of this town!
