GM is Global Mod who can make a post sticky...can close a post if its offensive...basically can moderate all the forums😳..

Some important threads which we want to keep in the front page only r made a sticky..that is they remain in the first page only right at the top😳...like u can see few threads remain as it is until some Dev team member like a mod or a viewbie unstickies it😳..
