You don't need to drink milk to loose weight, if you don't like milk, I hate milk also except when it is warm and i eat cake with it......you shouldn't starve you self either. you should have 6 small meals everyday and also 5 minutes of excercise atleast.

yeah Manjot because your body decides to store the food for later or some thing like that.
