hey everyone i'm in need of help...i bought this new eyeliner today..and i shouldn't have cause the only reason i even bought it was cause i thought it looked 'cool'---stupid of me..anywayz..i don't know how to use it..

well it's loose black powder..and i think i'm suppose to wet it first but not sure...so anyone out there who can help me? it's kohl's black eyeliner...

and if my camera starts to work again any second..i'll put a pic of it up...thanks!

yaaaaaa.my m9 has that eyeliner.......i personaly use stick ones......i can give u an answe 4 monday.but unfortunately.i am replying 2 this topic a bit l8. so ur the tuesday u were refering 2 has already passed.

but i can give u an answer 4 future useage

i dunno...even though i use a lot of black eyelines i never used powder....i use stick ones too...

why don't you look it in the instruction booklet or an internet site about eyeliners?😊
