Sanaya is crazy!, says friend Anuj
DC | Natasha coutinho |Anuj Sachdev is the new Manav in Chhanchhan's (Sanaya Irani) life. The popular model and actor could not be happier, as he gets to work with Sanaya who is a good friend off screen too.
Anuj says, "Yes, I know Sanaya and (her boyfriend) Mohit Sehgal since a long time, we are part of the same friends' circle. I have never worked with her before but I'm confident our chemistry onscreen will be fabulous. I am aware that some actors did not want to do this show as it hasn't been faring well, but I'm getting a good role ' so why not? And Sanaya is one crazy woman!"
Since Anuj is also a popular model, we hear that he made it clear to the production house that he will need time to shoot for his advertisements and films and that dates will need to be adjusted accordingly. He says, "That was my first condition when I signed the show. My dates were already booked till October but the production house was willing to adjust."
Anuj says that while most people perceive him to be serious, thanks to his onscreen characters, the reality is completely different. "When I meet people, I am usually silent. But once I get to know someone, I can talk any kind of nonsense. Till date, my female friends tell me they are yet to discover the real me," he says.
The actor possesses one of the fittest bodies in Tellytown but he reveals a little secret. He says, "I am addicted to chocolate, I need to have it every day."
While it's raining heavily in Mumbai, Anuj says the monsoon isn't something he looks forward to: "I don't like getting wet, it's a very strange feeling. Even if you feel like going out, you would never make it there, due to the traffic jams that take place during the rains.
