Hey frnds so today SBS showed to us our darling & sweetheart MOHIT SEHGAL...😃my happiness knew no bounds wen i saw the promo...literally dancing on my couch...Mohit goes to LEENA MOGRE's FITNESS CLUB...he said that before he was not much concerned for fitness but now he is...he wants to become fit & get a toned body...
Mohit said that he was very fat(i dont agree 😉)before but now he is getting fit all thanks to his Gyming sessions...he shared his fitness tips too...1st he did CHEST PRESS & xplained us abt it & then he did LEG-PULL-DOWN & OVER-HEAD-SHOULDERS xplaining that the shoulders should not rotate while doing it...he then did CYCLING which he said he enjoys the most...he shared his childhood memory wich was related to his cycle & said that he loves cycling & wen he was a kid, his dad brought him a cycle... which he used for 10 days & then it just lay in thier building...he said that cycling should be done by everyone coz it helps you to stay fit...
He finished his Gym session with the following above exercises which he's following these days to stay fit...he has built up muscles & he was looking freaking HOT in Gym...he signed off saying that GHAR PE MAT BETHO, TV MAT DEKHO & INSTEAD GYM KARO...stay fit always & love u all guys...😃
