Oh, and I want to add- Nupur doesn't need anyone to protect her. Every person, man or woman is perfectly equipped with physical and mental capabilities to protect their own-self.
If MSG's life hadn't been in jeopardy, she wouldn't have gone through this kind of torture. If it were just someone who abused women for the heck of it, she would have stood up against it.

Nice post Pari!

I haven't watched MJHT ever since Nupur's entry *sighs* Life is too busy atm.. but I kind of agree with you.

Nupur's not one to go down without a fight. She's always been shown as a girl who gives back what others give- meaning: she is not a bullshit taker. LOL

That's why I love her so much... if someone kicks her, she'll kick twice as hard!

But this side of her really does make sense to me if not anyone else. See, abusive relationships can bring the strongest of people down. Nupur's being physically and mentally tormented.. and after all the trauma she's already been in, this one just brings her self-confidence down a great deal.

I completely understand where she's coming from.. and although she wants to break free of what's-his-name's wrath, she doesn't want Mayank, Samrat or Gunjan to suffer. We all know that that's not very smart on Nupur's part, but she's in such a vulnerable state right now that whatever her abuser says is what she's going to believe.

I think its quite justified
because you see as much as our Nupur is like a fighter outside...she is also vulnerable, sensitive and soft inside from her heart....
and i truly believe, everybody is scared of something
and considering Dhruv...heck...! he is scary! judging from his antics/articles...he has killed someone/attacked them....ermm wouldn't you be scared of a person like that!?
and i guess also after 3 years....there is a sense of hopelessness!
which is actually very very true to life!
it is these qualities that make a character alive and 3 dimensional...rather then simple ideas on paper

I know she is mentally and physically really upset and THAT WHY I wanted her to go and hug mayu when he saved her!!! when I put my self in her place...thats what I would do!!

ummm I agree with some of ur points here...and only diff is that the same points making me wonder why she is not telling mayu........Dhruv is scary, and nupur is really disturbed, sensitive......so for my POV that would be the best time to go to her hubby and tell him the truth!!!
