OMG...................what a post dear................👏..................u know ur post made me cry...................
u have taken up a very right subject.................in real life we can see that how the women are been ridiculed..........today people may say that men and women are equal.................but its not applied totally yet...........some men do think that women hold equal position in society ........and i respect them.........but there are still many who think that they are superior, thus they believe that women should always stand beside them as a puppet.................they use women for their own selfish reason..................
i think each and every girl would have faced eve teasing....................we want to do something against that.............but we are being asked to stay silent and ignore these dirty activities of some low class men......................some girls even get too threaten...........that don't even think of travelling alone.................I hope girls/women get total freedom from this eve teasing and all those voilation against them.............and each and every women should be independent and fearless.............i genuinely hope so................

coming to the show....................i think they have a great chance to show this track against all that gender thingy done by men...........that they are superior and they can do anything to a women and she cannot raise her voice against them and all...................
i don't mind mayank helping nupur from getting out of this trouble but i will be realy very proud if she will do it by herself only.................this show is seen by youngster and what can be more influeinsive than this sex difference issue.................i hope people appreciate the track................and let it be shape properly................cvs please handle this track seriously and let this track going................
Komal.................

Oh rose, I have witnessed domestic violence from close quarters. That is why I dedicated this post to Jyothi amma. She was the night guard at our hostel. Her husband used to beat her up mercilessly. The bruises I have seen on that woman's body haunts me till today. And yes I am narrating this personal experience because I feel these things need to be talked about and preventive measures should be taken. Another girl I knew went to London after marriage and her husband turned out to be a psychopath. He used to stub his cigarettes on her body for fun every day for 3 months! She was almost dead when a neighbour took pity on her and informed her parents in India. Shudder shudder!

Hey Taps at last a post which I would always remember from this place. I salute to all the women who raise their voice against domestic violence and don't tolerate it. I have fallen, seen immense violence in life, with my own mother when I was just five and now with the only friend I have in London. I have been traumatised, there is a reason why I say that I can't see any violent scene of Nupur because I feel its history repeating itself and am visualising what happened in my past and even now with my friend, though now she lives with her parents.

Body is the temple which houses our soul, such an amazing line to begin with. Women and their dignity is so strongly rooted with their bodies, it does inevitably becomes their most precious possession, their identity, such a vital part of them. Unfortunately it is also the part which is the most vulnerable!

Enemies always attack the strongest point of their adversaries and for women, their bodies, their strength is attacked, those who stand up, they may be subject to more misery, more violence, its not not at all easy. I have seen my mother trying to stand up but was not able to fight it and what happened in the end, my father is scot free. The point is that for married women and mothers its much tough as they have children and to run off or face the wrath with their children is traumatic.

I just thank God enough for making sure I was just five so that I don't remember much but those feelings and terror is still in there somewhere and it pops up with such violent happenings.

Taps can I continue this in the next post please, i will be right back!

Amazing topic Tapasya Di! 😃
Women abuse and violence is one thing I'm strictly against. It angers me and boils my blood when I see a woman being beaten up, or physically/sexually harassed (on TV or books, or reading about incidents in the newspaper!
I remember once having a dream of standing outside my house with a few family members...suddenly this goon comes up and starts harassing a woman (stranger). My whole family and friends were just standing there transfixed, unable to do anything...on the other hand, I was too infuriated beyond words that I stormed inside, called up the police and made sure the goons were locked up. Am not trying to show myself as some heroine, but that is just how I feel about certain issues.

Frankly, I can even bear child abuse, but woman abuse is something that I simply CANNOT bear. I hope this track is handled well, because we have extremely wonderful actors like Rati, Arjun and Rohit on board who will do a fantastic job if the track is handled well.

Please CVs, use this opportunity and show this track properly and do not curb it to show romance. Even after Dhruv leaves, please show a nice long recovery track for MayUr!

brilliant post taps..!!!!!!!!!
i agree with u completely.......this track should not be a victim of abrupt ending like the political track...the issue that is raised is matter of serious concern & it should be handled properly!!!
personally i didn't like the violence bit today.......nope not that i m not ready to give this track a chance or i want romance & MN patch up.i can wait for that as it is a MN track after all!!!! what i don't like is the way it was shown.......it was shown as if beating up a women in a public place is not a big deal.& nupur was shown hell scared...which no mater how much realistic it sounds i feel should not be shown on tv as it gives a wrong msg to the male viewers even though they r not large in numbers!!!!!!!
& now as they hv already shown it....i want them to show the punishment also....may be focus on that part more.........i really want Nupur to protest first against the guy .......she should be the one who should take the first step , mayank can support her later...........i really want this coz then the whole track will actually work as eye opener...
gals r always shown as victims & it is alwasy ther guys who r shown hurting them & it is always guys who r shown rescuing the gals..but i feel they need to show that women can also stand up for themselves!!!!! ....

I don't know why anyone is surprised. Sadistic violence against women is the default position of too much television drama. No show is complete without at least one story involving a shrieking woman in a dungeon. Thank you,

What upsets me is the pervading sense that none of this matters. That, somehow, just because it's a drama, it shouldn't be taken seriously, that we are somehow watching the horror at a remove. Or, worse, that if the consequences of a violent act are revealed that this somehow makes it all right, because we've seen the reality then that's OK.

No that does not make it okay, i feel all this Voilence against women thats shown on Television should be banned because one we truly cannot ever go through or even closely portray what the actual victims go through and secondly by showing it on our screen we are basically inviting it in to our homes.

And now coming to MJHT issue...i feel as if they bit off more then they can chew because they would never do justice to such a delicate issue that has been going around for centuries and would continue to do so. But on the contrary i really hope they come true and complete this track in the most mature and sensible way otherwise....they are only rediculing such behaviour and not taking it seriously.

I being a journalist have met hundreds who go through this torture everyday of their lives but they refuse to speak up because of fear.....but we need to learn that this fear is not bigger than us, we need to take a step only then we can make a difference.

Amazing Post and I'm really glad you brought this issue to the upfront because we tend to avoid such things failing to realize these kind of events are the most common.
