she is not a lay person but one who has done physcology & counselling -so she could have tried to calm down mayu in a better manner

i will not talk about accident but many people were assumed to be dead in war time but some of them did return after many years.

I know she is not really dead, but Gunjan doesn't. And she is scared of Hoping that her sister is alive. Because she DOESNT want to find out in the end that she is dead.

yes to that point I completely agree .. she should make him see things as a counsellor .. but maybe its more difficult for her to control her emotions since that dead person ( and her friend's wife ) tht he keeps on seeing..happens to be her sister ..
