Kavya, well if i look at ur topic keepind aside show, its a nice topic, speaks well abt the importance of moving on.................

Yes, if sme1 moves from ur life, better u leave with happy memories..................

But in context of show, i m sorry, easier said that done.................. y should we move on, if we knw that Nupur can come back, that MN can be revived, and that we can have ArTi together again..................

and why should we lend an ear to ppl preaching us what to do and what not to...................

We watched the show for both Mayank and Nupur, and not a particular character, so we wanna see them together.................and y should we watch for Arjun .............infact Mayank has been reduced to nothing but a mere sidekick, and ppl expect us to marvel in that................

Sorry we wnt.................and as for Arjun's bread and butter, he is a very talented actor, and MJHT wnt be end for him, like Rati is rocking these days, he will 2................

Talent has its worth, its only buttering which has a shelf life, so even if show ends, he def will not be affected....................

Kavya, it was a very detailed reply and I am sure everyone of us has a reply to that again.. But now I don't have enough time to reply to all questions you raised - But I promise you to reply part by part...
And first of all I would like to reply to this - "cmng to the point - happy ending, which was my main reason to post this topic.... i have a question....is it only a happy ending that we all want? in that case, why will we watch the entire show....their journeys frm ' who are u?' to 'u r everything to me' ....isn't the journey important?"
Yes ofcourse Journey was and is important... And we enjoyed it then and still enjoying watching old videos... thats how we are surviving now. .. But at the end ,it pains to think what was the ending of that journey..
Sorry if I am giving a worst example - suppose (Its just imaginary example) we had a school picnic or family outing in past...Where we enjoyed a lot... played this and that..gossiped a lot..pulled each others leg..sang,danced...it was a perfect journey with our loved ones... and what if it had ended with an accident???? To add to the woes, we lost at least one of our loved ones there?
Will we still able to consider the journey as beautiful , keeping aside the tragic end? will we be happy that we could spend the most beautiful moments before he or she left??
Atleast for me - A big NO... That tragic end transformed all my mayur memories to a painful one...I cannot think or recollect that journey without a pain somewhere deep in heart... because i cannot call it as inevitable...It was something in CVs hands and they could have shown some mercy towards the characters they created... It was not something story demanded - it was just unnecessary ,I feel.... Thats why we couldnt move on... Hope I explained my point...

Kavya, Nice topic... 😊

This is what happens in real life and people Move On, true.........

But still imagine the times when we were kids........the fairy-tales that we heard or the stories that we loved listening to...........they always showed Happy ending, Evil defeating, Coming up to the situation and standing up for what needs to be done..........all of these things had such big impact on us as kids......we learnt...........learnt all the good things.........what we should do, what things are important at the end of the day. forgiving can also make someone put straight..........All these stories.......had only good values...and made us have faith/believe in ourselves and good things in life.

But if these stories had highlighted.......ego, jealousy, hatred, evil as something which is a part of life and however you try you either come across it through yourself or through others..........then do you think that as Kids we would have been able to have a strong base.......when at such a raw age we generally do need clear definition between right and wrong......????? No, atleast i still am happy to have believed in those Fairy-tales, it made life to have a smooth transition........ 😊

Life has to offer many irregulaties.........sometimes we come across them, sometimes we don't....obviously we don't have to face every possible calamity in life(Thank GOD for that)........but Moving on in such a situation is the most difficult emotion i guess..........coz its related to someone we really really cared about.........not every one can cope up with it, easily..........and needs lots of patience......and it breaks heart millions of times.........and i wouldn't want to learn such emotions through MN when i find their story the most beautiful..........and relatable.......in every small step in life.

Similarly, when we attached ourselves to MN story so much so that for the past 2 yrs we had taken time in understanding their characters.....and learned so many things out of their simple and realistic story.............So now i wanna see a Happy ending for them(though if it requires most lame story to revive them)..............but still i don't know why but its really important for me

i just don't know if i make sense or not............but this is one story i can make a positive change to so i may never back out from doing it.......... 😳

Time for next one - This time I will answer this part.
"frm long back to not so long back, when there were threads for suggestions for CVs of MJHT..... we all know how many time we asked them to show some REALITY....many a times mocked the CVs for calling MN as happy go couple n by this name giving them only n only jovial tracks, treating them as comedy actors...etc etc.... this was an open fact in the open forum............ n frm wht u have said today, i see a totally reverse picture.....saying that this is not real life n this is a fictional show n we want only happy ending"
Disclaimer : I am not aware exactly what all happened that time, because I am new in forum..
But still I can imagine some of those - because there were some tracks which would have initiated these kind of response... But comeon, that kind of tracks and that kind of response would have happened in any show... Even in this show, im sure at times it would have happened for other couples too...
Yet is it the way CVs react everytime : It was kind of
" So you want realistic tracks, huh?? here you go...What about this one - one accident track and the most harsh reality in life- THE DEATH??? What more could be real to life?? "
Sorry- It was not bashing CVs - Just it was how the whole S1 ending looked to me.
Let me add something more - I had iked PriDa jodi in LNMDJ (not to the level of MN,though) ...There was also fans were objecting to some boring tracks and all.... But CVs there didnt react by killing PriDa jodi .Instead they showed a happy ending .... Wasn't that a better way to treat ur fans?? So finally ,though I missed seeing them ,for two more days, I could move on... Because for me that was a nice jodi and they lived happily ever after..Nice story -Full stop...
Why can't we expect the same for MN too?

LMAO....k this not funny, but it made me laugh
last nyt when i was posted this, i didn't have time to add anything more even.... bcoz my net would b disconnected in less than 2 mins

although, i'm making it point always, still this is mis-understood.....

@evryone - by this post or my previous reply, i'm not saying that CVs have done a grt job by killing nupur or that i dont want nupz shouldn't come back n i have already mentioned (i hope i did, if not .... ) this is purely not abt the actors, n the one which i didn't mention this is jus in context of the show on the present or frm the recent days
NOT ABOUT RATI COMING BACK, it's not my topic of concern....i had to use the caps, n sry for that

@annie - i'm not very sure if that 'preaching' is abt this topic or not ..... but will make it clear for u .... this topic is in no way related to preaching esp when i know abt this forum....as the title says this is jus ' a note of optimism ' in context to the show's state n not jus the forum
i'll repeat this again as a spl note for u... this topic is not abt actors n also not a place for discussion @ possibilities for nupur's come back in the show

on side note -
as ur signature says.... hard work surely pays off....not all are talented by birth....it's that hard work which brings talent n experience to many of them

ps: didn't read all the replies yet.... will reply later
atm i need to rush for my xm

Ok ..back from work.... I keep my promises :)
So last part of my reply to you kavya- This time I will answer to this part
"like some of u said that, we watch the shows to de-stress ourselves n get some relief frm the outside world reality factors, that's they want this to be happy.... in that we watch a show only as a show....n how many of us really think so?...do we treat them only as fictional characters ?.... if yes, then we will never have problem with a death of character in a fictional show, n at the most we will have it's effect for 1 day or 1 week, if we watch it religiously
incase of a no...it contradicts ur replies....if u have treated them as more than a mere fictional characters, who are close to reality.....then accidents n deaths in accidents are most scary part of reality these days....."
Ok.. We cannot transform all situations to Yes/No questions Kavya... because there is a middle way too... which will be the answer in the most of the cases.. let me recollect some old joke/story I heard long back.. There was a lawyer who will always trap the witnesses with these kind of Yes/No questions - According to him , those are the only
answers possible. One day one witness got frustrated and asked him to answer one question in yes/no... he agreed. This was the question -Do you beat your wife everyday?? If lawyer answers yes, that would mean he beats wife everyday.. If no, it still means he beats wife only somedays - Both may not be the actual case...
Sorry for the stupid joke in a serious topic - was just trying to lighten the atmosphere .Plus I felt it clearly explains that my answer is not yes or no to kavya's question..
I knew Mayur were fictional characters, but still i found them very close to reality. Probably reason was that most of us were trying to experience that magical love, which was missed in most of our lives.. So we were so much indulged in them as in a dream..and one day that dream got shattered.. Then we came back to reality and now trying to get the dream back...Thats all...
Did I confuse you again?? My pleasure 😉
Having said all these , I would like to thank kavya once again for a nice and different topic - which made a silent reader like me to open up and post something (Something ?? 4 posts in a row) ...
And thanks to everyone else - for maintaining this discussions healthy and at intellectual level... Without any bashing or sarcastic comments...
Note: Probably I will go back to my silent mode again now - poured my heart out here.Nothing left now.. Thx to all again.

@nirvrithi - 1st post reply
that's truly a serious example....surely the journey wont b the same...the memories frm the sweet to bitter will remain with us forever....but are we going to stop our journey there? our journey will take a pause but wont stop completely....it moves on!! n it has to
n cmng to mayur.... well, they did deserve a happy ending...but in my view it is these sudden tragic twists in life, which teaches us something....anyway, keeping that aside, happy ending as in ending both the characters....but then their story must have demanded something different...it is we fans who go on couples, but the creatives are supposed to think abt moving their story forward....not that there are no other ways to end it, it was their choice to end....for them their show had to move on

@2nd post reply - looks like, i have said the above....
but one more to add, surely CVs wouldn't have ended it for that reason....they wont take revenge on us by spoiling their show....i can understand ur aggression atm but....what i have said is different...bcoz i was reminded of those days wen we used to demand for reality when i saw the post saying that 'no reality'.......that's it n nothing more to that

will edit this post with remaining replies in few mins

edit: @3rd reply - i totally agree with u that we can't answer all the questions in yes/no .....n ya, i know that joke...n let me tell u, that 'us' includes me also...though my experiences are with sajan... i can truly understand....that wasn't really confused....but still i'm confused over something now....probably, i should think over it n get back to my senses......this reply of mine will b pure;y senseless 😆 😆

n i'm glad that u left ur silent mode, started replying....i loved reading ur replies.... n plz dont go back to silent mode....

@ar4ever - thank u

@payal - u have said ur need for a happy ending very well...relating it to the fairy tales we have heard in our childhood

but MN story was not a fairy tale, like u n many ppl said, they were close to reality, anyway i know that doesn't mean that they deserve a happy ending....i was jus saying @ what already happened

as i see now, it looks like nupz is going to be back...the signs which we see only in serials n movies have started cmng.....

but lemme add something as a side note - not only u, i'll include myself also here....we ppl become so weak @ any negative thing happening to our fav couple in a fictional (however close to our heart, still they are fictional characters), i wonder how we can control ourself in this real world n stay strong

i hope i replied everyone except the trio 😉
