Ok people...amidst the angst and euphoria that I can discern from the posts and threads in this forum, I was reminiscing about all the fun times on the forum. I was skeptical of posting, keeping in mind the current volatile atmosphere of the forum but I couldn't RESIST 😆...so here goes...
A year ago, around this time, MJHT Season One had just concluded the most eyeballs grabbing track in its history...the PLAY...where the viewers were subjected to all kinds of weird clothes, the most cheesy of dialogues, the merciless butchering of a classic: Pride and Prejudice and OUTRAGEOUS ACCESSORIES! This last item on the list intrigued me the most...from amongst Sheena's gypsy /circus tent dress, Nupur's kaam wali orange dress (Ahista Ahista sequence), Mayank's tapori blue gauze shirt, the most outrageous of them all was:
SAMRAT'S TIE PENDANT!
Since MJHT always copies everything from other shows/movies/sitcoms, I was left wondering as to whether this marvellous accessory was a stroke of genius, on the part of the MJHT stylist! I stand corrected for my naivete, as this next picture below, will demonstrate:
Spot the SIMILARITY?!?!?!? Once again, ladies and the few gentlemen who roam about on the forum, I give you the TIE PENDANT!! This episode of the American sitcom, How I Met Your Mother, aired on 30th March 2009, so this TIE PENDANT is the father of Samrat's BABY TIE PENDANT! 🤣 🤣
This is a reminiscing post. The TIE PENDANT will go down in the annals of MJHT history as THE accessory to flaunt! There is no intent to malign, plot or derail some missions in the forum! It is to be taken purely as a fun post! Thanks 😊
