@ mads: The play was a playground for the creatives to showcase their love for cardboard primarily! I mean, what was the Ishq Hua sequence all about? Gosh, giant flowers, jaundiced yellow spotlight, moon men, cardboard cut outs of a half moon and the yellow chaddis of Sheena...LMAOOO... 🤣

yup caro, her wigs hav been horrible ..🤣 I cant imagine how she wore them for an entire yr ..

anyways, the whole play was hilarious..n to even think tht it was an adaptation of pride n prejudice is a laugh in itself ..

great post...what horrendous costumes...🤣

the highlight was the bee like unique dance step choreographed between mayank n nupur...flying towards each other🤣
I'd say Nupur's and Samrat's costumes take the cake😆

@ Caro and mads: Yep Sanaya's costumes have always been lovely...except for those rose garden ones...but her WIG WOES...gosh! Those WIGS were disasters, esp around the Rose Day track...goodness me! 🤢 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

are you kidding me...there were many costumes of gunjan that i'd die if someone sees me in it😆..specially those full-sleeved frilly frock types🤢.She's so much better now.looks like she got frustrated and threw all the wigs and costumes outta the window😉

Yep except for Gunjan, the rest of the cast of MJHT had disastrous costumes during the play track...Nupur's kaam wali dress was further downsized to an ill fitting orange lolly number with a baby pink bodice and a blue dupatta...not to forget all that cham cham...🤢🤢🤢..the worst one was the confession lehenga...another ill fitting monstrosity highlighted by the ghastly wig which attempted to have a middle parting of its own...🤣 🤣

Mayank's costume disasters ranged from a waiter's vest with a pendent to match, to the infamous tapori banian with blue dots under a blue gauze shirt, accompanied by tight white pants and ghastly white shoes...🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢...the shoes and the pants remained intact...gosh he should have burned them...to accentuate the horror that was the VELVET TEAL JACKET he wore in the confession scene...velvet and teal...curtains in the parlour anyone??!?!?!! 🤣 🤣 🤣

oh boy! those times were crazy...everyone was fed up of the horrendous clothes that were given to the actors..worst were Samrat, Mayank and Nupur's clothes and Gunji's wig....🤣

It was crazy, actually! those times were fun..🤣 now everyone has become all the more serious!
