I think mayank does not blame Samrat for nupur's death I think he may be angry about something else. Because in the show he is not saying that because of samrat nupur died. He only says samrat likes to play with people's feelings. I think he is mad at samrat because gunjan might have been pregnant and he thinks he betrayed her.
