Loved the way you put forth both points of view - Gunjan always thought that she was not worthy of him, and how much more so today - earlier, he may have been the most popular, the college star, but she knew the real him, the one who depended on her, she was an equal in the relationship, they were support to each other, his outer strength matched to her inner one, his inner vulnerabilities touching her outer soft shell, they fitted into each other, his strength to her weakness and her strength to his weakness, till they made two parts of a complete whole ... But now, that inner core of strngth is shattered, because of all the events of Valentine's night ... not only that conversation, but her own loss ... she can't walk with him any more, she will be a burden ... earlier, she was his guiding light, but now he has to carry her every step of the way ...

and Samrat ... having almost lost her, he knows he can't go through that again, he knows her confidence is shattered, and he wants to restore that confidence by making her walk, which wound is the deeper? the loss of her legs or the loss of that confidence she had in her love ... and which is the wound that needs to be filled first? Is it her feeling of unworthiness that is making her push him away, her feeling of being less than physically perfect, or is it the feeling that she is no longer an equal in their relationship, that she will be a burden, and one which she feels that he wasn't even sure he wanted?

and the only hope for them are the words you quoted right at the end ... Love is always patient and kind. .... It does not take offense and is not resentful ...
he will need all the patience and not taking offense as she tries her best to drive him away ... because he knows why she is doing what she is doing ... out of her love for him ... Only because of their deep friendship and the way they understand each other, will they find a way out of this incompasse.

@ blue - yes Gunjan is in deep waters here as her whole being has been shaken by this trauma- she' not only in a place where her physical wounds are takng a toll on her , she emotionally & psychologically equally if not more is also bruised & wounded

as mayu rightly had said Sam on Vday d bullet hit her body , but his words have injured her heart & that too is now a pain she's carrying, which of these 2 wounds ill heal first he said he doesnt know

but i think only when d 2 began 2 be healed simultaneously will she be healed, cured of all her wounds , scars & injuries - mental, emotional , physical & psychological

for unless & until her heart & mind start believing this is possible that she can make it happen again , till her will isn't rekindled again she wont be able 2 walk wont be able 2 move ahead a step & unless & until she doesnt take a step her thinking will not change wherein now she sees herself not only lesser & unequal but totally a burden on Samrat

so for me these 2 have to go hand in hand for her confidence that's lost in her wont be restored unless & until she manages that

@ red - Yes Sam has it going really tough he but that i suppose is his test of Love - she had it when she saw him being charmed by other gal & all she could do was set him free - to either be happy with her if that's what he wants & wishes - she'd be miserable w/o him but yet happy 4 him , cause 2 her in d end it will matter that's he's happy & if it's so then she'll take all d pain 4 him & be with it or let him come back as she waits 4 him knowing f he ever wishes 2 come home i m here & shall always be - for my love 4 him can take whatever it is - that love doesnt restrict confine - it sets free

yes it was her turmoil to lose him even b4 she had him & it's d test of his love today - his will of endurance - as to how many blows can he exactly take - now , Now when they are together , yet apart - when they know they love each other & yet are being pushed to d extremes

yes he knows she's tryin 2 drive him away - 4 he knows her better than himself - he sees her pain , her hurt, her sadness , her trauma beneath all d harshness, d anger , d criticism, d mean cold attitude she's putting up lately - yes he's just seeing those tears that her eyes arent even shedding but her soul id every sec & hence is quietly taking on her lashing every sec of it as it comes along - not being dejected or angry or hurt but knowing - i deserve this 2 hurt her that Day when on d day of love i broke her heart & put her thru this & mostly 4 d fact that he'd rather have her lashing out at him all d time then see her locking herself away from him , shutting all d doors to him

here she's trying hard as hell to her away from him but how can she , she cant possibly see it now with a cloudy mind & fogged vision but he sure does - he sees that beneath all this anger & pain is her love - her love 4 him thats making her do this 2 him yes she' trying to remove him from her life but when u lash out at someone with such rigidity when get cold 2 someone 4 their own sake , when be angry on that LONE person thou even amidst many , when that SOLE person is d vent 4 ur every situation - it is that very person who's closest 2 ur heart - one whom u dont only love d most - but d 1 u practically own & it is exactly what he knows now & sees thru her made-up behavior , d reason he's willing & ready 2 take all that cause he knows - she doesnt only love him - SHE OWNS HIM


and yes it'll take a gr8 amt of patience & kindness 2 put up with her now on that , cause when she had 2 burn in this hell - he never even knew she was his & it pained her all along - that d 1 person to whom her heart belongs & beats 4 isnt even aware of what he means 2 her but 4 him - as he passes thru this trial - he'd have 2 face all d odds not only put fort by fate but her a well in front of him - knowing i his heart that she is his - but today more than anything he has to make her believe - that he is her's & her's alone - until d end of time & no one - not even she can change that

she's willing 2 let him go if thats what best 4 him as now she isnt thinking abt his refusal or her heartbreak abt his reply 4 marriage all she is feeling is a heightened & really strong inferiority complex - at d point where it's reached d max & hence wants him 2 move on - go away

he on d other hand knows it is exactly whats foing on with her & hence is trying every thing possible in his power 2 not only remove that complex & cure her but make sure it's cured permanently - as they say d boiling point of a thing is sure an indication - that d breaking point is not too far ahead - yes he's making sure of just that - where she's at her max harshness & rude cause it'll be where her complex has truly reached it's breaking point - where she cant take it anymore - cant stand - being his unequal - - his inferior as she feels & when & as it happens he'll make sure she knows just d right ans 2 how get over it just thr - & once it happens - her complex breaks - she'd be able 2 see clearly as he'd make sure she does that they are equals & she is his equal - that d world can go 2 hell 4 all it feels - they simply just belong together

Take a Risk - well, SaJan's relationship is an unusual risk in itself....of course we know how sam was always the cool dude and all....image of concern to him, love har ladki se!

and our gunji quiet, reserved....and love family se...as she puts it

now think abt these completely different two people....if u would have asked me at the start of the show...obviously we knew that SaJan would be together, and MaYur would be together....bt i would have thought that they would have probs understanding each other...gunjan for samrat's image, samrat for gunjan's family....for me the fact that their love won over their differences.....that was one big risk they have taken...

Make a Move - okay fallen in love, the easier part is over bt now....after gunji's accident samrat has taken a risk (above) and made a move - that too when gunji is kind of against him.....

But he has stuck with his decision, his move...he is persistent. (and i love that about him....) that scene in the resort where sam is trying to make gunjan walk, and she gives him the look, says mere kami ka ehsaas bar bar mujhe mat dilaao....he was disappointed with that, bt all the same that determination...that he will continue with his decision/move

Love - a strong positive emotion of regard and affection

Leap - a sudden and decisive increase

Faith - institution to express belief in a divine power

And that divine power called love keeps sajan together...how sweet...gunji knows that she loves sam, bt thinks he doesn't deserve her, sam thinks that gunji thinks he doesn't deserve her, bt sam knows they are made for each other...

@ blue parts - yes in d way u have put it , i have 2 agree 100% when 2 ppl as diff as SG came together sparks def flew, heck they started flying from that 1st eye lock they had after he saves her from drowning in d pool & somehow her looking back at him rescues him right back - yes 4 once someone actually turned ard & gave him a 2nd look - not as he was handsome, not as he's good looking , not 4 he is popular but out of concern - seeing it 2 believe that he is safe , all right

yes their total diff BG"s thoughts , attitudes made it a risk to just move ahead with what they were feeling as had it not been 4 d foundation of a gr8 friendship they had - this was sure gonna end up 4 both of em as a match made in hell


yes d sparks would have worn out, d fire dead, d attraction over when reality would have struck , but there, right there lay d twist 😉 they saw , knew & understood each other 4 what they truly were as they became gr8 friends overcoming their share of difficulties & carving their own way

but ,mostly what both saw & felt was d comfort - d joy & d simple ease they felt with 1 another as they could simply be themselves in each other's company , regardless of d world that said their outer differences dont make them an ideal match cause to them this was perfect , ideal & yes just meant to be
