Rinky, as per above (am sounding more and more legal 🤣 ... nups is legally married for sure ... unless she was a child prodigy and went to college at age 16 or so ... which if she's in final year would make her just about 18 ... but otherwise, she's definitely 20-21, as she's in second year at least, as she's gunjan's older sister ... phew ... so many 'because' ...
Mayank definitely didn't fail ... he's a genius 😆 ... so maybe he's 20, or max just hitting 21 .... but d'you know, most marriages in India aren't registered legally, it's all a social contract in front of witnesses - that's the baraat and the marriage party, so anyway ... who's going to challenge and say the marriage is illegal??? Unless Adhiraj or his family after two days change their mind and decide they want Nups as their bride/bahu after all ... which, since Adhiraj has finally been told he's a hero and is a good guy, doesn't seem likely to happen!!! 🤣

LMAO...going totally off-topic what DID happen in tht SBB segment man ???!! I thought I was watching 'hum aapke hain kaun - part two'

well, I honestly LOVE that movie...but on 19 yr old graduate students...nope !!! and esp since I vividly and clearly remember MY graduation days since I hav only jus finished them .. LMAO !!! 😆😆😆

well as far as i knw..u got the facts wrong here

a marriage isnt a marriage technically if it isnt registered..I have seen quite a few divorce cases among my dads colleagues over marriage that were solemnised over in a temple with a mangalsutra and sindoor..
if it was registered---a divorce can be granted
if it is not regsitered--- it can be annulled or something..coz it is nor registered in the first place..

as for the age issue... im not sure how it works in different communities..but some communities require to produce reports and announcements...some require legal assistance as well...and legal assistance which are notarized always follow the format "Name, aged_ years, religion, residing at __ address"

in that case...i have seen weddings of 19 year old muslim guys notarized by law... and I for a fact know all religious marriage acts say teh same thing about age !

as for ur stance on child marriages..they are prevalent widely..that I agree.. one of my maternal hindu second cousins got married at a single digit age ..strangely..

🤣

just answer this question...People in graduation arent generally 22...i by chance mayank hasnt falied one year....it has been mentioned in the serial that they are i grads and not post grad....the library scene where nupur is mislead by mayank asks for post grad books then mayank and his mother scene....where she mentiones garduation in advertising specifically...

i want to know how is mayank's age justified.....

is anything in MJHT justified???!!! 🤣
edit

mayank can get married and have super-fast pregnancy and have kid within a month(like bella)

@naya177- yes i do think it is rude...I wouldnt use such a tone and neither do i work against or for the Cvs to lead or mislead anyone...balika vadhu is a serial which spreads social awareness and what sort of awareness does this serial spread?

Time and again MJHT has made fun of the medical profession and law and oreder in various epis...like RV blood drawing one, Mayank fighting the case for Samrat, the jail track where Police were more interested in making lovers meet....

if it is meant for entertainment only let it stick to that...why use issues which it cant deal? and this i am saying after my experience with MJHT....I have nothing for or against it....

hey rinky....
no need to get soo serious about it....
i m really sorry if i sounded rude...but i didnt really mean to hurt you......
its just that may be my choice of words and phrasing may sound like i m very serious but i cudnt find any other way to express what i felt!!!
i didnt mean to hurt you or anyone else.....i m not here to start any argument!!!
i just wrote my opnion about what you had asked... even then if you feel offended ..i m sorry...
peace.......peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😊

ok so.....the final verdict is....mayank mite or mite not be 21....

but according to caro guys dont need to be 21 to marry?

according to Diya.....marriage wouldnt legal or be registered if the guy is not 21... is it so?if everything was only social then what about succession rights?

i never was talking about Nupur..i know she is above 18....
