@jenny- when ffs were removed all the oneshots were also removed simultaneously....so u see if some remain it wouldnt be fair on the others...

@DB-can u open a thread where forum members will discuss about the forum in general and not just the mods?? there have been topics based on our forum.....u had personally told me forum related topics shud be made on members' lounge but how many people does actually go there?? instead of opening a CC, as someone suggested.... a thread might be an easier option....

Hey Guys..

I havn't read everything being said here yet, but just quickly skim reading..i can say the following:

- You can discuss section problems here as well...as the title clearly states section feedback.

- One shots gallery thread has been created. Check sticky topic

- Games are not as intensive as FFs on the forum.. If you see the media gallery, the links 2 FFs were endless..but games you will see around 4-6 on the first 5 pages. As for moving the games is concerned, moving a Thread is a long procedure, especially if its a lot of them.. i mean the FFs took 3 days to move!

- Also, Games are only supposed 2 be made by the DT, only if a member asks 4 premission it can be made by them.. we have stopped games on the forum for a while.. and as for other games created are concerned.. you guys need to "REPORT" the topic, otherwise, we'll never come across them na? This is where we NEED YOUR HELP! LOL.. If you simply let us know about the Games threads, we can close them right?

DB the One shot gallery is a good idea, i just wanna know will it stay under the creations gallery or will it be a normal topic after?

Can you plz put it in teh section with craetions and photos, coz if its a normal topic after, it will be lost somewhere back in the pages, and we will have the same problem again, with Newbies posting OS's.

Yes i agree with this guys..

Let me outline the steps we took:

First we made a search for FFs.
Then we added the links 2 the ffs in the "unmoved ff thread"
and then we slowly moved one by one
and then we updated the ff links into the media centre.

As you can see doing that for every single FF will take FOREVER!

and i requested members sooooooo many times, not to post FFs on MJHT Forum, but they still do it na..? and i can't just move them, as they links get lost, and it'll just aggravte members

This my question to all of you guys:

Do you think it'll be a good idea, next time we see a FF posted on the forum, the DT can Close it? ...With a note stating that FF are not allowed on the forum, as we have told members tons of times before?..

?? - i can only see the above alternative, as we can't move them again and again, as they always come back..

So if you guys can REPORT any FFs you see, and i'll close them down..

Is that okay?

DB i agree with u here
actually it makes sense...when there is a proper rule in place, why do older members keep posting new Ffs here..

moving them can just be a pain in the wrong places for u guys..

so hw abt this.. we report FFs here..u guys close it.. incase the author understands the mistake and wants u to move FFs to FF section then can u do the necessary?

i did see the mountain of FFs u guys had to move

^ Caro..that seems good to me.. Lets just wait for a few other members to give their thoughts on it, and then maybe at the end of all this, i can make a final section thread with everything all the members agreed on.. and those can be the new rules right?

that seems to be a better way..
the FF readers/writers need to fall in line

but i would just request to have this thread open... fr a while... coz inspite of all the wars going on aside, it seems to serve a purpose fr the betterment

DB thats great, now hopefully the OS issue will be sorted.

If the only way to stop FF's in the forum is to close them than move, then i dont see why you shouldnt, there have been many warnings, and announcements on this. I think this is the last option available.
