You know I'm sure I read a study once where a guy actually died due to sarcasm.
He was actually suffering from a condition called Negativius-Beelicus. It developed into Sarcasmus and he lost all Sperare (Its vital for staying alive basically. Connected to the heart you know.) and he died.
