GunUr vs SaYank - Page 4

For once, I actually didn't mind the Sayank scene. Although I can't remember much of it right now but I do know that I didn't cringe while watching it. I missed the Gunur scene being in their room but still they were natural and genuine. The ONLY time I don't mind Gunjan talking about Samrat is when shes with her sister. Who else would she confide in anyway? But girl, take an interest in your sisters life too. When Mayank told Nupur to shut up the other day, I know if I were Gunjan I would have personally hated Mayank for shouting at my sister. Even if he is right, no-one shouts at my sister! If I'm not wrong, she didn't even ask if Nupur was ok after that scene...! Its all about Samrat for her and coming first in line to help him out but what about Nupur? The sister who thinks of Gunjan before anyone else including her own love life.

Having said that, I did feel the old charm with the Gunur scene but I don't know if thats just my biased eyes.

Could we tell PD about Gunjan's lack of attention towards her sister and the rest of the world? If I had more support then I'd bug her myself but most of the suggestions given to her are for the couples so who cares about the sisters?

Thats my view..If creatives wont give her charecters things to doing i dont know how can she do..Infact Samrat n Ghunjan both has nothing to do in d show😆😆

In the jail she was busy praising Mayank but not once did she speak up for Nupur and when Mayank asked Nupur to shut up she didn't bother to see if Nupur was ok. On the other hand yesterday right after Gunjan stood up and left Nupur followed her to make sure she was ok.

Yeah, Gunjan never showed that concern for Nupur like Nupur always did! That is pretty unfair!

i personally think Gunjan's character is totally butchered and I feel so bad for the actor as well. All you have to do is cry and say sadist lines adn you are done.

I miss the old Gunjan. They can still get the character back, if they tried.

Samrat obsessed Gunjan is more whacko than insecure Sheena.

That is what bothers me the most...... I mean if she was crying over Samrat once in a while.. yes I would understand but she IGNORES everything else in order to cry over him. She has missed classes to go visit him in jail and all day long she can ONLY think about Samrat. She doesn't care if her sister comes home late at night.... If her sister is ok after someone (even if its her bf) yelled at her... or If her sister is upset about something... But I am sure if Samrat was even a little upset over anything she would go running to make sure "Samrat tum theek to ho na??" "Woh tumhare real friends nahi hai.. unki baaton ka bura mat mano".... When was the last time she consoled Nupur like that?

Honestly, fine, one sided love can really hurt. It has happened to me as well! I initially used to cry over him, but well, i don't share a similar bond with my sister, so i'd take my best friend in this case. Even though i was going through a lot, I understood her problems, supported her, helped her, without bringing my "huge problems" in between them. That's exactly what Gunjan should be like with Nupur. They have really not used her character to the full potential. If she is so worried that she'll lose her best friend because of her love, then he surely isn't her best friend! If he is, he should understand her feelings, accept them, let there be no awkwardness, and still continue to remain best friends. My friend who i fell in love with, broke his friendship with me, so i realized that he wasn't worth it anyway!

Ditto.. I had a friend who I used to have a crush on and eventually he found out about it... But we are still best of friends all these years later... That's what true friends are supposed to be like. You should be able to come through remaining friends despite all the obstacles that come in your way..

Seriously, Gunjan should come up with a plan against RV too, and not only cry! It is sad to see how the creatives have killed her character, when they could have done A LOT to develop her character!

there was NO plan behind nupur's realization...so they didn't focus on gunjan's role in nupur's life! However gunjan is always busy with his PHRIEND!
This is called sisters' bond...good! ...very impressive creatives!!

You are sooooooooo right about this.. that Gunjan is complete samrat centred... n doesnt care about anyone at all.. but that should only make MN lovers happier about the kinda depth n genuinity their characters have been given vis a vis sam/gunjan..who are the creatives' foster kids.. cribbing about how Gunjan lacks this/that aint gonna achieve anything..for once I'd like to see a post where we mention the USPs of this show n its characters..now thats an UPHILL task 🤣
