With this kind of special, innate and acute investigative skills tell me why do they even need to attend college ? I say these people should be hired by CBI or FBI or CID or CIA directly!

Seriously. They dont need a run of the mill graduate degree when they already have such immaculate skills. Normal college and normal jobs are for us mundane sorts. Excel has bright young heads all absorbed in gang activity, investigation and relationship counselling. Way too many options for them to choose from later on in life.
