so here is the treat for all my IF frnds😳My FiRsT AnNivErSarY
Nupur ,still in her night gown , was roaming to and fro in her room...muttering something to herself...
Nupur : samajhta kya hai ??..itna mushkil hai date yaad rakha...i wont talk to him now...
she sat restlessly on bed and fiddled with bed-sheet and cursing someone under her breathe...
suddenly her cell-phone buzzed....
she dashed to her phone with a hope in her heart..but as soon as she picked her phone...evrythng was again the same as it was a minute before...it was Sheena , her office-mate
Nupur [lazy tone] : hello !
Sheena : nupur tu kahaan hai...its 10 am !!!
Nupur : aahhh...actually ..woh
Sheena : tujhe pata hai na..aaj important meeting hai aur tera hona zarroori hai..tujhe yaad hai ke nahin?
Nupur : yaad hai yaar
Sheena : phir tu hai kahaan ??..boss ka para high par hai..!!..u are head of Creative department...tere signature hona zarrori hai
Nupur : aa rahe hoon yaar..give me 30mins
Sheena: 30mins ???....it shldnt take u more than 10mins
Nupur : Sheena i am still in my night gown..so i need time aur jitni jaldi tu phone band karegi , utne jaldi mein taiyaar hone jaunge
Sheena : tera kuch nahin hoga !!..come soon
nupur kept the phone and with least interest walked to her wardrobe and took out her bussiness suit
Nupur finaly reached the meeting room and as soon as she entered , all looked at her , some looking at there watch and some glaring at her but there was one face ,out of the lot, who smiled as she entered the room...he was none other than Mayank..the CEO
Boss : Nupur where were u ??
Nupur [ still standing at the door] : woh , actually sir..some urgent work ...
Boss : that is height of carelessness...i never expected this from u ...we are waiting for u from last 45mins and u are turning up now
Nupur : i am really sorry sir , it wont be repeated
Boss : i hope so ...take ur chair
there was only one seat empty...that was next to Mayank...her seat was always there, but today she cursed evryone for keeping only one seat vacant and that to near Mr. Mayank Sharma
she took a deep breathe and took her seat
Mayank [slowly] : hii !!
nupur didnt reply to him and started going throught the deal papers..mayank smiled at her
th meeting continued for almost an hour...which was actually quite but nupur was gettinng irritated more than ever...she wanted to rush away from room but she culdnt especially after a beautifull welcome from Boss
the meeting finally got over and evrybody took a sigh of relief...
after the boss, Nupur was the first one to leave the room
Sheena went to mayank
Sheena : isse kuch hua hai kya ? sabse late aaye aur sabse pehle jaa rahe hai..
Mayank [smiiled] : kuch toh hua hai..
Nupur came around 2am to home, she took leave from office as it was hard for her to evn concentrate on the deal agreement...
nupur was lying on bed , hugging her pillow..
Nupur : i hate him....abhi toh shadi nhain huyi hai , toh yeh haal hai,.jab shadi hogi toh isse mera b'day bhi yaad nahin rahega....i hate him..
she silently took off to sleep as was awake from midniight , waiting for mayank's call...and a lone tear escaped from her eyes...
she got up almost after two hours..nupur looked around the room , it was all mess , she didnt evn clen her room today....and didnt evn change her dress before falling to sleep
nupur got herself back in her informal wear , she was wearing stripped top with pajaama...and her hair kept lose
around seven o'clock she was done ith her work...she sat on the couch , switched on the tv
Nupur : bhookh lag rahe hai.....kya karun kuch banaya bhi nahin hai......apple kha leti hoon
she was jst gonna enter kitchen ,when doorbell rang
Nupur opened the door , it was Myank , he stood there with some bags and file in another hand
Nupur [arrogantly ] : kya hai ??
Mayank : arre tume kya hua hai ? itna gussa...baap re baap..tabiyat teekh nahin hai kya ?
Nupur : kaam bolo
Mayank : ander nahin bulaoge ??
Nupur : nahin,,,,bilkul bhi nhain'
Mayank : arre office ka kaam hai....tumhe kuch signature karne hai
Nupur [moving inside] : haan haan ...tumhe office ka kaam he toh hai...aur toh kuch khayal he nahin hai...mein toh jaise hoon he nahin
Mayank [cuming in and keeping the bags on sofa] : nupur ....hua kya hai ...?
Nupur : hua kya hai??..kuch nhain..tum batao sign kahaan karne hai aur chalte bano yahaan se
Mayank : arre !! aapne boyfrnd ko koi aise bolta hai ?
Nupur : boyfrnd naam ke cheez hai tum mein ??
nupur turned her back towards him
Mayank came toward her and brought a dark-forest cake in front of nupur...on which it was beautifully written '' FOR LOVE OF MY LIFE''
as she saw it , her eyes sparkled and a smile came on her face...and she turned towards him
Nupur : tumhe yaad tha ?
Mayank : toh tumhe laga ke mein bhool gaya?
Nupur : nahin ..woh..actually..haan
Mayank laughed....: aacha mujhe bhookh lag rahi hai...mein chinese laya hoon...kha le plzz
Nupur smiled and went to kitchen...
mayank -nupur sat in the balcony and had candle-light dinner...it was beautifull..
after having food, nupur took the dishes and went to kitchen and maynk followed her
Mayank sitting on the shelf as nupur was cleaning the dishes
Mayank : heyy gunjan aur samrat kabb wapis aa rahe hain ?
Nupur [giggled] : arre , they are in Goa !!..itne jjaldi thodhi aayenge !!
Maaynk : haan...magazine ke liye gayii the..aur abb romance kar rahe honge
mayank smiled and looked at nupur who had longing expression on her face..
Nupur : hmm...woh toh hai.
they both walked out of kitchen as nupur was done with dishes and sat on sofa
Mayank : waise.. tum bahut patient ho gayi ho
Nupur : matlab
Mayank : aree..yaad hai , when i didnt call u on ur b'day at 12..u were soo damn angry on me..do din tak tumne mujhse baat nahin ke thi
Nupur [ bit angry] : toh it was ur fault ..not mine
Mayank [jokingly] : haan haan..tumse pyaar karna matlab calender saath mein rakhna
as mayank said , anger took over nupur..she was really passionate about her love for mayank..and always belived that small happiness in life makes it beautifull and worth-living...and remembering someone's special day were one of the way to invite happiness....she never wanted expensive gifts..or five-star hotel treatment...a rose could make her happy , a small cheek-peck culd brighten her day...
Nupur got up from there : Mayank tum nahin samjhoge..!!
she went near the window
mayank came from behind and embraced her
Nupur : chodho mujhe mayank !!
mayank didnt pay any heed...he kissed her on her neck...his hands slid on her arms and finally inter-locked his fingers with hers...nupur closed her eys..she was lost in his touch..mayank left trailing kiss on her neck..he shuffled in her hairs and lost in the aroma...his hands were clenching hers....
**someone snaaped his fingers in front of nupur**
Nupur : ohh...tum kab aaye
she looked up and saw Mayank smling , her love of life and the bst husband
Mayank : aabhi aaya..par tum kya sooch rahi ho ?
Nupur : sooch nahin rahi hoon..bas kuch yaadein ..
Mayank smiled at her...he extended his hand toward her as to help her to get up from the chair...she was sitting in balcony
Nupur : i love u
Maynk : i love u ...more than u.
nupur smiled and slightly kissed on his cheek..
Mayank [as he pointed at something] : woh dekh nupur..
nupur quickly turned around...it was a beautifull scene..setting sun created the color of love all ovr the sky and the crystal clear sky replied to it by reflecting it vibrantly
mayank kept his chin on nupur's shoulder and protetive kept hand on her bulge...
Yes!!..the symbol of there love !!!
