After Watch Analysis
@Anu.. u know i was where i needed to be last night, so i didn't watch epi until while i was on the treadmill (my marathon mission) this morning. Great analysis...
Real love is about loving each other's weaknesses:
Mayank and Nupur captured this concept beautifully... her strenght did not draw him to her. Her moment of weakness did... he could not bear to see her hurt or ashamed.. his every gesture meant to put her at ease...his grandplan the last think on his mind.. in fact for once Mayu was not thinking.. he was reacting instinctively and feeling. Even in the precap he's still on new mission - putting N at ease.. so, lost is he in this mission of the heart that he almost blurts out the truth - what truth? the one he knows - the one Nupur is just starting to discover - that there's no need for embarrassment here because they belong to each other....
Socha Na Tha
Everyone keeps saying that Sammy Gunjan and Sheena are playing out Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, but that's not the movie is was thinking of this morning. No I was thinking "Socha Na Tha" starring Abhay Deol and Ayesha Takia (a beautiful sweet movie). In the Socha Na Tha Abhay character goes to see a girl for marriage (Ayesha) whilst he already has a girlfriend.. Ayesha & Abhays characters really hit it off and before he knows it he's asking her to GOA, so she can meet the "girl" of his dreams and tell him what she thinks.. bye time he gets engaged to his original "dreamgirl", he latoo over Ayesha and vice versa.... alas if only things were that easy..
Here you find Sammy wanting to take Gunjan everywhere even on "dates" with girlz who give him butterflies. What could be bigger irony then the "Love Guru" not recognizing love... before him is the girl he does not want to change, the one he respects above all others, the one who's pain pains him, the one without whom he is bechain.. yet he does not recognize "love"... What will it take for him to do so I wonder? Will Sheena be the catalyst or something/someon else.
Who's the Man?
I nearly fell of the treadmill when RV declared he was "Man" ... real men don't need to declare.. they just are... look for example at Uday no false pride there just helpful nature... and again into samaj sevaj.. he even accidentaly saved the Unty...
