Samratj jealous of Mayank?

Didn't that scene seem weird?? All Gunjan said was Mayank and he was like, I don't like when you talk about other boys.. Was he actually jealous of Mayank??😆

actually jenny..that scene didnt make any sense to me! 😕 I mean, as per PD ke scoops he was supposed to say that line to her..ki I dont like u talking abt other guys in front of me.. but I had never expected him say that to her on this mayank thing.. maybe he was jus trying to cover up for the goof-up he made of telling her abt MN..

that bit was really random and weird. I prefer to think of the scene in this way,

Samrat made a slip about Mayank being in love. Even though he soon covered up his mistake by giving a reason, he saw Gunjan concentrating on the fact. He didnt want her to be able to discover anything, so when she said Mayank's name he understood that Gunjan wont drop this discussion just like that, he ended up making a comment which would close this discussion. The initial part of "not liking Gunjan mention any other guy" was a merely impulsive attempt to put a stop to "mayank being in love" discussion. However, when Gunjan asked him the reason for this, he didnt have any answer. This part was probably the main thing of the scene.....he didnt have any answer, and neither did he realise that the impulsive comment that he made, he actually felt in that way to some extent. Its not about being jealous of Mayank, its about his name being part of Gunjan's sentences, its about him being part of everything she does or says.

I hope this makes sense, coz now that I re-read it, it is not making much sense to me😆.
