@Kavya: Excellent topic and your opening post says it all.It speaks on behalf of all MNians what we are looking for with respect to this dhamaakedar couple.
And like everyone agrees if the creatives take a leaf out of this topic, they can do wonders with MN and would have more than enough material to run their show for long with sensible story line as a backbone instead of coming up with bizarre filler-type MN scenes and yet keep the original Mayank and Nupur which we fell in love with, created by none other than the creatives themselves.

This is what I expect:
1. I don't want Nupur rushing into love like it happened with Mayank, I want to see Mayank accepting his feelings for Nupur and considering her as his support rather than a distraction. Now for that to happen, I feel that more interactions are needed between MayUr in a friendly way i.e some heart to heart talks between the two like the beach one- cool, casual and friendly with no or less bickering . He must not consider himself as a perfectionist..atleast in front of nupz 😳
2. I wish to see MN talk about things that actually matter to both of them like M missing his dad, N missing her mom, M explaining Nupz why he is so hard on himself when it comes to studies, the reason being his love for his mom, Nupz revealing her emotional and vulnerable side to him....these are some aspects of both the characters which I really wish to see explored....This is very important to both, mayank nd nupur..from this they will emotionally get closer to each other which every one of us wants here 😃😳
3. As a result of their deeper connection (consequence of points 1 and 2), I want Mayank to realize that he really needs Nupur in his life...to show him things that exist beyond his books, to show him that it is not wrong to have fun sometimes ( like other guys his age), to show him that the world will not come crashing down if he bunks a class, to add that much needed spice in his bland life........Once he accepts his feelings for Nupur, I want him to woo her in his chacteristic confident, cool,suave, lady killer style ( he is very well aware of the effects he has/can have on girls 😳 😳 😳 ).... I mean if Mayank decides to unleash his charm, would any girl be able to resist it? 😆Definitely no gurl culd resist the KILLER mayank! 😉😳😳
Enough of this confused, lost Mayank - I want that KILLER DUDE Mayank back, all set to woo his lady love without seeking any tips from anyone........Yaa..he must not take anyone's help to woo his lady..He shuld try to impress nupz himself..Im sure he will be able to over-impress her 😆😆😉
4.Although Nupur falling for Mayank should be a slow and gradual process, I don't mind seeing her feeling attracted to him like she did before the TP fight and softening up to him. She has to be aware of his gazes (this time though they have to be intentional from Mayank's side with a clear purpose on his mind and not lost 🤢) like the Holi gaze or Ad Zap one which made her very uncomfortable and conscious....😳 😳 😳 I really loved how Mayank's eyes remained in contact with hers all through the scene without even battling an eye lid and he was quite confident too.....his look was piercing...now that should be the direction of MN's romance in future or during the wooing period. However, I don't want Nupur's feelings for Mayank reaching the level of Mayank's feelings for her as yet. Mayank has to make an effort to win the heart of the only girl he has ever felt something for or loved 😳 😳 😳 As Nupur establishes this deeper bond with Mayank the friend, she needs to realize that he has a heart with feelings too, a heart which can, perhaps, beat for some girl some day....😳 😳 😳 that he is as normal as any guy his age, that he is capable of being a prince charming for someone.....and courtesy his subtle wooing, she has to ponder why that someone can't be her .........
And finally, when Mayank Nupur become a couple , I wish to see that passion and fire that was conspicuous during their TP salsa performance without the anger and guilt of course.....

Now coming to the current MN track....perhaps its in my blood that i can NEVER hate MN ....they will always be special for me..😳😳..BUT that doesnt mean that i CANNOT dislike the track they are showing...!!
First of all I seriously DID NOT like the way Mayank fell for Nupur ....OK a girl and a guy get locked in sum1z house...the girl wears teh guys shirt and BANG.!!!! the guy develops feelings for her .....all this is so senseless , sudden and random..!!😕😕 Wasnt the attraction always there between MN ??? from the very first day they met ....how can we forget the SALSA rehersals and the TP PERFORMANCE? wasnt it full of passion??? I hope the creatives havent forgotten that??😳
Secondly , I want the creatives to get this right into their HEAD that when we said we want the old MN back...it wasnt for NOK JHOK or for their COMIC TIMING...!!! The old MN we meant were of the BEACH and the DIWALI sequence...the MN who had Nok jhoks BUT at the same time were very good support for each other..!!! I know that Arjun and Rati are excellent actors and they can do any scene just PERFECTLY..!!! So it will be better if the CREATIVES utilize their talent in a more positive and a constructive manner...!!!
Third, Mayank should soften on Nupur , Agree he is in DENIAL mode right now , but WHAT about Nupur's self respect?? Why will she say sorry to him for no fault of hers everytime? More than that Why will she LOVE a person who never respects or MAKES HER FEEL SPECIAL? ..I want to see some instances where Mayank makes Nupur feel special or respects her views..!! Nupur has so much of TALENT in her ...but there has been not one instance where Mayank actually respected her for it??....Nor for the TP dance and Nor for the Academic meet...!!!
And at one point of time it was such that they had even forgotten each others existence (read : New year's party) How can they forget all the times/moments they have shared with each other ...except if they are suffering from partial amnesia😆
There should be more emotional scenes between them now.. They should show MN handling a particular situation with Maturity ...There should be more understanding between them ..It can be like Mayank missing his dad ...and Nupur missing his mom or anything which will make their bond more stronger..😊
Mayank and Nupur are like catalyst in each others life ....They might fight with each otehr ...sometimes even hate each otehr BUT they can never stay away from each other..!! thats what makes them so different..!! They are like Ice and Fire..!!! We have rarely seen a jodi like MN on Indian Television ..!!😳..They bring freshness to even the most cliched track..!!
