Exactly! She can confess how his friendship matters to hera lot because he stood by her as a friend when she needed him the most (i.e. during her initial days in Mumbai when she was trying hard to fit in)

Yes.. I so hope she doesnt instantly fall asleep. Like Amber said, I think the picking up part comes at the very end. So maybe he takes her to bed and she says sumthin abt how important he is to her.. (sumthin like Dil toh pagal hai.. though we dnt have love confession here)

I think she will say/do sumthin. That is how she can think abt taking advantage.
