Ruhaan is furious at Naina's behaviour

Update:
Ruhaan stops Suhana and tells her that she will not leave this house. Suhana is elated but the rest of the family is shocked and watches as he takes her hand and leads her back to her room. Naresh consoles Madhvi and Simran tries to put on a brave front saying that Ruhaan did the right thing and tells everyone that it's late and they should rest. Sandheya asks Simran as to why Naina suddenly decided to leave the house. Simran avoids giving a direct answer and again asks everyone to rest.
They all leave except for Naresh and Madhvi who tells Simran that she has a very big heart. Simran lies that she is very happy that Ruhaan is supporting her friend and that this is all happening as per his wishes. But Madhvi is still not convinced and tells her to sleep.
Simran is left alone and becomes tearful.
Naina's room...
Ruhaan pulls Suhana in to her room and throws her on the bed. He is furious that despite everything that his family did for her she threw it all back in to their faces and warns her not to such a thing again. Naina apologises and tries to convince him that she will not do such a thing again. She hugs Ruhaan who doesn't respond and Naina says that she had also doubted him which she shouldn't have done but now she knows that he truly loves her. Ruhaan remembers some moments from the past and becomes nervous telling her to rest.
Naina pretends to be upset that he still hasn't forgiven her and promises to him that she will not go anywhere leaving him. Ruhaan again tells her to rest and Naina says that he must be tired and should rest as well. Ruhaan makes an excuse about work and leaves. Naina smiles behind his back and thinks to herself that she will never leave this house or him.
Office...
Abhi is waiting for Shanaiya and is annoyed that she cams so late. He is sarcastic towards her when she does arrive and does not give her a chance to explain and warns her that her attitude will not be tolerated in this office. Shanaiya then coughs and Abhi becomes worried asking if she okay. Shanaiya says that she's not well but did not call as she knows how he doesn't like being disturbed. Abhi tells her that she doesn't need to show over sincerity but as she is here should continue with her work.
Shanaiya's cabin...
Shanaiya is coughing and feeling unwell as she does her work. The receptionist comes in with some medicines and coffee sent by Abhi. Shanaiya looks at it and smiles thinking that he shows anger from outside but is full of love from the inside and calls him 'Karva Kharela'.
Simran is in the kitchen looking for the pooja thali. Madhvi arrives and also wonders where it is as Simran is the only one who does the pooja in the mornings. Just then they hear the bell ringing and are surprised to see someone covered with the pallu doing the arthi. The family assembles their and after the arthi Naresh asks Simran why she did arthi so early in the morning.
She turns around it turns out to be Naina – the family is surprised and Sandheya comments on how Simran always does the arthi. Naina says that this is her right as she is the daughter-in-law of this house so why would Simran do the arthi? She tells Madhvi that until now she wasn't able to fulfil all her duties of being a daughter-in-law but from now on she will ensure that she takes up all responsibilities and asks for her and Naresh's blessings.
She bends down and Madhvi reluctantly blesses her as everyone looks on. Naina also takes Naresh's blessings.
Ru-Sim's room...
Simran is in her room taking out Ruhaans coat when Naina arrives there and takes Ruhaans coat from her. She tells Simran that before she was ill it was another story and now that she is here she doesn't like Simran doing her husbands personal work. Simran is upset but says that she understands and leaves from there.
Naina smirks and thinks that Sim is very innocent and tells herself Simran you cannot even imagine how slowly I am going to create problems in your married life. Very soon I will remove you from Ruhaan's life and from this house.
Simran comes out of the room crying and upset and asks God why she is being put through such a severe test. She thinks to herself that I did not know it would be so difficult for me to see Ruhaan and Naina close together like this. Today I realize that inspite of wanting to Naina recover, I cannot be so strong to bear all this anymore.
Episode ends on Simran's face.
Precap: Ruhaan and Naina are in the hall and Madhvi is coming down the stairs, she slips and falls down. Both Ruhaan and Naina rush towards her.
