Outside Hospital
Ru is about to tell Sim about his past with Su when Abhi interrupts their conversation and asks Ru what was he trying to tell Sim. Abhi then says that Sim knows that whatever Su said yesterday was due to her being mentally unwell.Ru then says that he was trying to tell Sim the truth but Abhi says that Sim knows the truth. He says that even if any girl were to claim that Ru is her husband, Sim will not believe it. Abhi then tells Ru not to be so tensed. Abhi asks Sim if she has any doubts about Ru being Su's husband but Sim says no she does not have any doubts about this issue and that she has faith in Ru.
Abhi tells Ru that Sim trusts him alot and that he should promise Abhi never to tell Sim about his past with Su and not to bring any storm in their lives.
In Hospital
Sim watches Su from the door when Madhvi arrives and asks Sim why is so simple and innocent. Madhvi asks Sim as to why she is still worried about Su. Sim replies that Su is her friend and she will always pray for her well being. Madhvi says that Su's intentions are not good and that she wants to steal Ru from Sim. SC tries to fuel the situation by asking why Su mistook Ru to be her husband and not Abhi. Madhvi tells SC not to complicate the matter further and Sim says that she trusts Ru completely.
Su starts moving and Sim calls for the doctor to check on Su.
Ru is left alone outside the room where SC comes and asks Ru who Suhana is and that she heard the name from Ru's mouth itself. Ru is shocked. Ru then says that he doesn;t know why he said Suhana. SC then thinks that Ru is looking worried and that he certainly had some relation with Su.
Break
Ru is wondering outside Su's room when he hears her asking for water. He goes in to give her water when she says that she;s glad she broke her fast through his hands. Sim is at the door and hears all this and is shocked.Su then hugs Ru. Su then says that she was worried when everyone said that Sim's husband is Ru.She asks Ru why he kept quiet and that he is trying to tease her.He asks Su to rest and she says that yes she will take a rest in his arms. She threatens to kill herself if Ru disappears again.Ru tries to tell Su that he is not her husband but she doesn;t listen.
Sim is heartbroken and runs form there. Ru runs after Sim and Su screams for Ru asking him not to leave her. Ru explains the situation to Sim but Sim tells him that she does not need any explanation and that she is aware of Su's mental condition. Su gets hysterical and blames Sim for snatching Ru away from her and tells her that everyone is plotting a saazish against her.
Madhvi scolds Su for her actions and Sim tells Madhvi to calm down.Su then faints.
Next Day
Abhi, Ru and Naresh are discussing about Su with the doctor. The doctor says that it is clear that Su's mental condition is bad and that her husband must have cheated her. Su needs psychiatric treatment immediately and Naresh says he has already imformed the psychiatrist. Ru remembers the guy whom he say with Su in Goa and tells Abhi and he won;t leave that man who cheated Su.
Dr Akash who is supposedly Su's real husband arrives at the hospital to meet Su and Ru recognises the man and is shocked.
