Ahem, getting back to the point. 😆😆

First of all, the title of this FF. ❤️❤️ La Douleur Exquise. ❤️❤️ These three words are enough incentive for me to open this story and see what's in store to unfold chapter after chapter, diving into the darkest of realms and the most dangerous of emotions. ☺️☺️ Since it's no secret that I have a particular fetish (yes, it's a fetish) for dark stories, this definitely has enough potential to catch my eye and my interest.

Second, I'm familiar with both yours and well as Elvish's works, so I know that two of the most talented writers have undertaken this journey together to re-write this show as to what we actually would have loved to see in it rather than what course it ended up taking. This again - enough to get me attracted to the story. 👍🏼👍🏼 I have a particular attraction to all stories dealing with AUs, so this one again is no different. 😳😳

And now third - the teaser itself. 😃😃 Ah, I've never come across such a short piece of work that ha managed to capture my fullest of attention and leave me stupefied in such a short time. 😲😲 The teaser begins with a man in a white suit (I'm assuming that's definitely Ranveer), and goes into a quick second narrative about a woman (Ishaani, I'm assuming?) being ruthlessly thrown out from her father's empire amidst fake promises of bystanders pretending to be well-wishers in this world of money. 😈😈

There's a flit back into the present where the man in the white suit is playing his pain upon the piano in the darkest of tunes, and yet there's a little light even in the chords of constricting darkness. 😃😃 The tune comes to an end with the entry of the man in the black suit (I love the contrast you've written here), telling the former that the woman in question will be where he needs her soon enough. 😉😉

The way you've spreak across the mysteriously dark aura through (500 words, approximately?) is something you've kept me in awe of. 👍🏼👍🏼 There's a dark silkiness to the narration that just keeps me mesmerized, my thirst for it getting darker only intensifying as every word went by. 😳😳 And a big shout-out to the way you've described him playing the piano with the blend of emotions. That's one of the best things I've read so far. 👏👏

This teaser is everything that I've been expecting from this FF (Note: I have some terribly high expectations from this FF, so sorry for frightening the two of you 😕😕), so this just left me with a big, big, smile upon my face. 😎😎

Congratulations to the two of you once again on such a spectacular start! 🥳🥳 Niki, this was one hell of a teaser! (sorry for my language, I tend to get carried away when I'm excited). After this, I can't just wait to read the prelude to this! ❤️❤️

Coming to the teaser, believe me, I haven't read a more beautiful one in my entire life! So strong is the appeal of this teaser and... the title, of course, that I'm drooling on this. The thing starts with the man in the white suit (Ranveer?) and then proceeds to the woman (Ishaani?). Ishaani is betrayed by her supposedly well wishers and ruthlessly thrown out of the office. And here, the man-in-the-white-suit is playing the piano. And I swear, I've never read a more awesome description of the emotions running through a person who's playing the piano. Then Puneet in a black suit (I love the contrast) comes and informs Ranveer (now I guess it's confirmed) that the woman will be there where Ranveer wants her to be. The calm before the storm makes me hungry for the Prelude and chapters.

Actually Niki, I have stalked the forum for almost a year and then decided to join IF in Jan of this year. But that account screwed up and I re-joined IF in Feb again. So, I hadn't seen your posts for almost a year and thought that you've quit MATSH, maybe. So reading that it's from you and Elvish, I am so happy that you decided to come back. :D

And well, coming back again. The update was, as I blabbered in a dazed frenzy, marvellous. Waiting for the next parts.
