Brainy Rv means Rv who show his love for Ishu in his every act ...even those acts which appear wrong r folded in blanket of love just like current harsh words ..where he is trying to protect her from hurts which world through at her by being the bad guy himself ..this is a selfless love just like what Ishu did in past for him ..so for me brainy Rv is symbolic to core of being true ishveer...n Rose I am so happy for them ..both were starving for each other ...
