Shikhar getting drunk is simply bcz he is not sure that will Ishaani return to him or not..there is sort of fear..

Anyways i don't think him spilling ML fact is going to make any difference...it looks like Ranveer will still be in mode where he believes that Ishaani has ML and is here only for sometime till her memory doesn't returns..
So either Ranveer will not believe Shikhar words or the situation will get salvaged some how..
