Bang on post nimajai! SM should have realised that Ish loves Ranveer by now. At least seeds of doubt would have been sown! But he m8 b hoping tht Ishani being what she is will get bck to him bcoz of her promise. Thats why Shikher will spell the beans to Ranveer abt the ML in the coming episodes.

But as others in the forum are saying, even I too agree, Ish shud take a stance - Some people don't like calling her names, OK - but she is playing with the lives of two people - What wud you call that? Shikher will b heart broken but he m8 survive. But Ranveer will not survive another heart break. I am sure she is aware of that! Any person shud not play with any one else's emotions! Its tantamount to killing them - if not physically, psychologically and emotionally.
