1.after coming out frm d jail ishani was about to go to ranveer but she came to knw dat RV AND RITIKA are married..and going to have there baby..she misundorstoods..
2.sharman is not married to ritika coz he was saying dat he is not d father of baby which ritika is bearing..he thought dat real father is ranveer...
3.ritika dosnt like ishani coz rv loves ishani and she knws dat jab tak ishani rahegi rv will always loves ishani...and she cant get the tag of wife of ranver

See that is the question not even ishaani would be able to answer because had she asked then the drama couldn't have moved forward so that is the reason why she did not cared to ask .And welcome to the forum.
