This serial reminds me of arushi.
The relationship between a malkin and a naukar.

Today I felt like slapping Baa very hard.
And I felt like slapping even Ranveer. He has become so blind in his love for Ishaani, he is unable to understand his mother's humiliation.

Ishaani is becoming boring and she has limited expressions.

well not aware of arushi
btw coming to slapping anyone
yar m highly touched with the scene with all boys supporting ranveer that i am not at all angry with baa either
today i felt thanking her for letting us witness such a awesome scene
and for ranveer's mother's humiliation
i totally agree with u
the lady must be in high pain
and yes we should not go so blind for someone that we don't even notice our parents pain but at the same time i am highly connected with ranveer now so can feel his pain and helplessness
this heart make u do many wrong
and ishaani
me too not like her much
radhika, i agree she is a newcomer but m not liking her acting...i want her to improve...also her dialogue delivery is dull and so is her expressions...

Well, I think here something's being missed. Baa is of stereotypical thinking, but others are good. Ishani's cousins are good. Shravan is just amazing. Just because Baa humiliates Ranveer, doesn't mean he isn't loved by the Family. They all do. Ishani's reaction at the end of the episode was flawless. I couldn't expect anything more from her. Imagine Ranveer's mom being humiliated by someone, do you think he's take it at all? No, he'd react. It was his mother's love that spoke. What do you think he'd do in such circumstances? He's torn in many pieces. His loyalties, duties and love are the things that don't let him be himself. If you're blaming Ranveer, what about his father, then? I suppose, he has no reason to do what he does for the Parekh family except salary. Ranveer has stronger bond than that. I personally don't think Ranveer was being blind in his love for Ishani. He saw positive and knows that he owes a debt to Harshad and Ishani's love for him. He's "very chilled out guy," as Shakti puts in and further adds, "wo ek kaan se sunta hai aur dusre se nikal deta hai." I don't find him at fault. Though as always I ought to add "it was time that was wrong, neither him nor his mom." Ishani is awesome! What do you find boring, may I ask? In yesterday's episode she was perfect. If it comes to acting, I don't think I know much of it, but I find her admirable as a character and the actor is doing good job. Though she's a newcomer, so she'd improve herself and be better.

The others love and affection is nothing before when Baa sets out to humiliate. There are some who are approving Baa in her behaviour. Any self respecting person will behave the way ranveer's mother reacted.

Ishaani cant stand upto Baa when it comes to defending ranveer She becomes meek when her mother and Baa ask her not to talk. If chirag did not come in time, ranveer would have been beaten with chappals.

Ranveer is behaving like a slave than a servant.

It depends on one's personality as well. Imagine someone who takes himself or herself very seriously, do you think that person would be able to tolerate half of what Ranveer does? He's humble, not fool.
There are some who are approving Baa in her behaviour.
Who?
Any self respecting person will behave the way ranveer's mother reacted.
I agree. But she was reacting that way because she feels no connection with the Parekh family. Her son was insulted, and knew how he is in love with a girl who can never be his. This all affected her judgement. Not just one thing.
Ishaani cant stand upto Baa when it comes to defending ranveer She becomes meek when her mother and Baa ask her not to talk.
She knows no one's going to listen to her. Though I'd like you to elaborate a bit on this.
If chirag did not come in time, ranveer would have been beaten with chappals.

Ranveer would have been beaten? Can they show this without over-emphasizing on Baa's evil nature? Wouldn't that be an exaggeration? Harshad, Ishani and others wouldn't have done anything for Ranveer? I don't recall anywhere a slave being loved the way Ranveer is loved in the Family. He owes a debt to them. They loved him, raised him. He grew with the children of their family. I think it's all about opinions, and not a fact. We are meant to see the things the way we want to. That's all.

Usually in most tv serials, The heroine is ill treated. Here the hero is ill treated and humiliated while the heroine looks helplessly on.

And hero hardly takes these things seriously. C'mon, life is like that. He's ill treated, so is She. He is insulted because of being a servant, and she is insulted for being an illegal child.
