But Kabir didn't say last time this week in one episode. We might see him during the whole of this week.

What is a love story without a villain? Anyway Kabir put those clauses in (I agree they are inappropriate) before he found out Radha was married to LD. He trusted LD and told him to keep an eye on Radha. Of course LD said he was into security not spying - but the fact remains Kabir trusted LD.

But most of those clauses are against human rights. I don't think they can be acceptable in court.
