Written Update 1 April

Everyone is shocked at Kashinath's decision to get Vrinda married. He says Vrinda is of marriageable age and he has found a good groom and family. He tells them if they have anything against the groom or his family then to speak up. He adds that he has thought about it and it in the best welfare of Vrinda and the Pandey family. He tells the Panditji to take out the earliest auspicious date within 15 days so he can be released from the good deed of performing a kanya dhaan..

Sharada tells Kashinath that he usually thinks carefully for days before making land decisions and this is the matter of a daughter's marriage, he should at least ask Vrinda's opinion.

He asks Vrinda, reminding her first of how he has always decided for her from the toys she needed to school admission etc etc, and she always complied. Today he has arranged her marriage and asks if she is ready for it. Vrinda agrees to the marriage. Kashinath is happy but Sharada is not.

Sharada tells her that there is a difference between toys and life. Toys can be replaced upon breakage but life can never be mended or replaced. She tells her to think carefully before agreeing. Vrinda insists on her decision to obey Kashinath's decision. Vrinda leaves.

Sharada tells Kashinath that Vrinda's tears say otherwise. Kashinath says the tears are only for a short while, this is for the best.

Jiji says that Kashinath should have consulted the elders in the house first, at least Sharada. Kashinath says that the groom is good and list his attributes and asks them if there if any shortcomings in the groom then he will change his decision.

Kashinath says he expect that full preparations will be made by them and there will be no further talk on the matter.

Vrinda cries on her bed, asking Vikram to forgive her. Sharada comes to her room. She asks Vrinda why she agreed. Vrinda says she did her duty. Sharada tells her it is a life decision and for her father's happiness she will live her life. She is her father's daughter and his decision is hers.

Jiji tells Banu about Vrinda's marriage. Jiji tells him that everyone is against the marriage but Vrinda is the one who is agreeable to the marriage.
Jiji tells him that if Vikram can make Vrinda disagree to the match then the entire family will stand by Vrinda against Kashinath and they can use Aditya too.

Aditya is asking Raashi about her dreams. The scene plays in black and white. She screams. Vikram comes. Aditya tells him that the flashbacks make her scream. He tells Vikram to take Raashi out with him and Vrinda.
Sanya and Shankar come. Aditya insists that Vrinda and Vikram should go out with Raashi. Shankar says Vrinda will not come. Aditya says this is a hospital and not Dehdahji's house where his wishes are obeyed. Sanya tells him not to argue. Aditya taunts Shankar at how he obeys his sister-in-law's every command. Aditya challenges to bring Vrinda. Aditya leaves the room.

Outside in the corridor, Sanya tells Aditya not to create any more problems and scenes. Aditya tells her she has no rights to speak to him in a commanding voice. Shankar comes. He tells Sanya that nowadays her weapon has changed, indicating at Shankar.

Sanya is disturbed. She calls the house and tells Sharada that Aditya is coming over. Sharada says she will stop a confrontation between Aditya and Kashinath. Jiji overhears.

Back in Raashi's room. Vikram asks Sanya and Shankar if he is the cause of their problems. Sanya assures him that he is not and that Aditya has his own problems.

Sharada tells Kashinath she wants to go to the temple. He is meeting with some villagers. Just as they are leaving, Jiji comes with some more villagers seeking some redress. Kashinath settles the matter. Sharada and Kashinath are just about to leave when Aditya enters calling for Vrinda.
