Written Update 2 jan 2008

Sanya has returned to the guest house. The door is open she call out who is there. No answer so she closes the door and locks it.
She turns out the lights, Aditya is standing there.

At the hospital, Shankar and Jagat and Buaji are wheeling Abha in.

Back in guest house, Adi wants Sanya to leave with him.
Sanya: Where are we going Adi?
Adi: You don't know Sanya but Taiji and Banupratab together have played us. Their love and sympathy was just a drama a put on. We have been betrayed. Betrayed.
Sanya: Outsiders betrayed us, and you are leaving Aditya. Think about what Bauji and Amma must be going through when they are betrayed by their own.
Adi: Its not that simple. Bauji is not only Aditya's father, he thinks of all Benaras as his child. If he does justice to one child then he will ended up doing injustice to the other.
Sanya is dejected, Adi takes her by the arms
Adi: Even if Bauji wanted, he would not be able to forgive them. He is Benaras Dehdahji.
Sanya: But Adi by running away, you will lose him for the rest of your life.
Adi: So what do you want me to do? Go to Dehdahji Darbar and cut off my head?
Sanya: No. Whatever mistakes we have done we will correct them. We will complete our duty.
Adi shakes his head.
Sanya: after that if he forgives or not it will be his decision. Aditya, this is a question of our life. Whatever decision he makes, we have to accept.
Adi: The matter is not only about both our lives Sanya. I wonder how things are for Abha and Jagat uncle. What they are going through.

At the hospital, Abha is wheeled into the ICU. Her head is all bandaged. I think the surgery is over.

Jagat and Buaji are outside. Buaji consoles Jagat that nothing will happen to Abha. She will be fine. Have faith,\.
Sharada arrives at the hospital. (to remove a bullet from someone's brain = length of time it takes for Sharada to arrive to hospital😆)
She asks Jagat how is Abha.
Jagat: She is just the same as she was when your son Aditya left her. Everything is finished. Everything. Friendship, relationship everything.
Sharada and Shankar hold down their head in shame.
Jagat: Please leave from here.
Sharada: I will leave brother but I still have one relationship left with Abha. She was going to be my bahu but she was always my daughter.
Jagat: Yes, she was your daughter before. And because of that you all kept her in between life and death. Look Bhabhiji, whatever gift we have received from your family whatever whenever we accepted it graciously. But today we have a request to you, please accept it.
Sharada looks in amazement
Jagat: It is this that no member of your family come here to see our destruction. This is my request to you.
Sharada: But Jagat Bhaiya
Jagat: Enough Bhabhi.
Jagat fold his hands at her. Reiterates that this is his request.
Sharada: I fold my hands in front of you. Let me see her face at least. The daughter-in-law of the Pandey family is fighting death at this time.
Jagat: You will see Abha in the form of your daughter in law when you son Aditya is with you. Otherwise, I am sorry.
Sharada leaves from there.
Shankar: This.. Jagat uncle
Sharada: He is the father of the daughter who is fighting for life at this moment. What are we? I am going home. You stay here. Keep me informed about Abha's condition.

In Sanya's guest house, someone is knocking at the door.
It Taiji. She tells Sanya that her name should not be mentioned in this entire fiasco. She tells about Abha's suicide and that she Taiji is not responsible for that act. Everything has happened because of Sanya.
Sanya is shocked and sad. She tries to call someone on the phone but is unable to get through.
She finds a letter on her table.
Its from Aditya. He is leaving Benaras forever as he feels they will not be forgiven. He is not brave enough to face the consequences.
Sanya is devastated.

At the hospital,
Shankar's friend Akilesh comes to tell him that Dehdahji has ordered Aditya to be captured. His friend thinks that the guards would capture Sanya as well. Shankar realizes that Dehdahji's men will not spare Sanya. Shankar calls Vrinda to get Sanya's whereabouts. He and his friend leave for the guest house. Vrinda is with Krishna. She is torn between her two friends Abha and Sanya. She doesn't know who to pray for so she prays that both are well.
When Shankar reach the guest house, they learn that Sanya has left. Then they show Sanya walking down the road alone pulling her trolley bag. Shankar is looking for her but Dehdaji's men spot her first. She tries to run away. In the other direction, Shankar and Akilesh are approaching. Akilesh calls Pandey house to speak with Dehdahji because Sanya's life is in danger. Sharada tries to get Pandeyji to open the door. The servant comes to tell Sharada that Dehdahji will only open the door when Aditya is presented before him. Akilesh overhears this over the phone.
Shankar and Akilesh are fighting off Dehdahji's men.
Taiji is watching from above she is talking to herself talking about her next step.
