i need help!!!!!!!!!!

i want my siggy to be uploaded on tinypic....but when i do that my siggy does not work properly...can someone help me!!!thanks......here is the siggy!

when u used tinypic.com after uploading ur pic, u have to copy the link thats in " URL for Email and IM"
