i miss everything when i m out of town cos nothing is better than home 😊

I miss

Rain. I love rain. It does not rain much in New York and when it does it is dirty and smelly. I want to smell the soil, the trees.

Open Terrace. I wish I had a opportunity to have a small, green terrace again.

I can't go out and have fuchka (pani puri) or ice cream whenever I want to.

Can't knock on someone's door and chat for hours. Here you need to make plans a month ahead.

Books....book fair. The book fair we have in February is so cool. I used to go there every year. It has been 9 years since....

Canada has given me so much that I am not in the position to complain but apna desh is afterall apna desh so here are the things i miss...

-My family: the biggest disadvantage of living in a different country is that u are far from ur family in days of happiness and sadness.

-The Yummmm food. Trust me the chinese food they make their is unmatchable 😳

-the apnapan there: i love canada but the apnapan u feel in india is a different thing all together. To be amongst our people is a different feeling in itself.

well i went to pakistan a couple years ago n i luvved ittt the things i miss areee

1. all the family gatherings tht happen EVERRDAY
2. its all FAMILY!!
3. when is hot outside n we are walking n we go stop to drink some pepsi in those glass bottles ..MMMM!!
