You don't have to do it if you don't want to. But moping around for longer than 7 days doesn't really help. You owe it to yourself to find happiness.

Trying new things builds your confidence. I had below the waist length hair. I cut them till shoulder length. I always wanted to do it but never had courage because my hair was considered to be my crowning glory. Cutting my hair encouraged me to try different style of dressing. Which in turn made me realize that I wanted to try new place , where I met few new people. Things snowballed and I found out few things about myself.

Time is only healer, unfortunately it is slow. We have to keep going while it does its magic.

@CP I feel if u r deeply attached to some one then those outer things does not do much to reduce the pain...also if u have memories with a person they haunt u for quite a long time
