Lesson that I learnt in my few decades of life is - You are the only who can gather all pieces of you together and build yourself again. Your happiness is really your responsibility. Your other loved ones can lend a helping hand and when they do want to lend a hand -never say no. 😊

We can try distract ourselves but it is quite hard if u were so fully involved IMHO and it takes ages to come out of it and forever to forget that person's memories😊
