U mean to say that when someone unloads a carload of hand grenades, AK 47, pistols, RDX at his house, he assumed that they are going to use it to burst crackers during Diwali

If he was unaware of the purpose of so much ammunition, he ought to find out.

Any act which any reasonable human being can perceive as being not as per normal practice, they are supposed to take note of it and their failure to take notice is no excuse for the consequences of the actions which follow.

Hmmm... if he is indeed guilty, then he should pay the price, regardless of his following or fame! I haven't been following events, so I can't really say, but if he is at fault, he should be judged accordingly!

I dont think so,,,i think he s a very decent guy and he has suffered enough in his life. its time he said enough is enough and he should be pardoned. he doesnt deserve all this nonsense. hes lost his loved ones, been to jail for 18 months and been through lots of rough phases in his life. Please spare him! hes only human and doesnt deserve more than he can bear! so please.......i pray for his release.

I am just gonna pray for him that he comes out safe and sound. I knwo he has done things in the past ---which he has already been punished for --This allegation though is not something he should go to jail for .

i think he should be aquitted.--Let's pray that he comes out unharmed.

Participating in a conspiracy to plant bombs in 13 locations in Mumbai with the intention of denoting those bombs at certain set times with the clear knowledge that when those bombs denote in those crowded areas, there will be a huge loss of life is NO CRIME for which he should go to jail

If you wont go to jail for this, wonder what will you go to jail for.

I feel terrible for his family and his father who died b4 he cud c his son getting justice. I am not supporting him becuz he is a good actor and a big celebrity but becuz morally i feel tht he has gone thru enough. And whtever he did i am sure he didn't do it intentionally, he must have been unaware of the real purpose of those weapons and as human beings we all make mistakes and so did he in recognizing the pple who appeared to b innocent frm outside. Agreed that we all make mistakes but that mistake of his took the lives of many and I don't think that should be pardoned. To be honest, I really like him as an actor but just because he is a celebrity doesn't mean that he can buy his way out of things..

I agree with angadroks. With what ever said and done....we should pardon Sunju...after all he has done so much for the well being of others too. He is not directly and indirectly invloved in planting those bombs...after all. I hope and pray that he comes out well.

Just proves that politics and money can do anything in todays world. They have dropped the charges of conspiracy against him in favour of a charge of possessing arms, the sentence being between one to 10 years. He has served 18 months already, so they might just set it off against term served 🤢

For a crime as heinous as aiding and abetting an act of terrorism which took the lives of hundreds of innocent people, these guys should be put behind bars.

So what if he is a good actor, or if his father did good deeds, fact of the matter remains that he agreed to accept the fire arms, with the full knowledge of its intended use, the extent of the act of terror which was being planned. There was cold blooded intention behind the whole act, so all other virtues need to take a back seat in the face of such inhuman acts.

I havent had a chance to see the report, will wait to read the whole report and then see how much the judiciary has bent backwards to accomodate politicians, their games and their "principles".

i agree with u...

in my views he is a murderer..the person hu helps sumwun else commit a crime is even worser than the criminal himself!

sanjay dut was always guilty...but only coz of his good and great father..he was allowed bail and has escaped all these years😡...but not anymore...its time that india does justice...and in my eyez this is justice!👏

P.S. I will write more asap😊

I feel bad that Sanjay Dutt was at the wrong place at the wrong time (is that right ?) lekhin, unfortunately I don't feel sorry for what happened. Why do you have those kinds of weapons with you when you know what it is against the law...

More on this later....
