What the hell? Why would you ask such a question? Are you looking for a fight? Bcz if yes then we DD fans will surely participate for our fav actress!

I) And like someone mentioned above, Sanaya just gained popularity due to IPK which is nothing but a copy of geet ( 1. An angry young man falls in love with a bubbly girl who is the man's secretary. 2. The man doesn't have parents. Maan used to live with his dadi and the only difference in IPK is that ASR lives with his nani. 3. Geet used to chant babaji's name and khushi chant's Devi maiyya's name. 4. Sanaya copies a lot of expressions of DD in IPK like the "O" face that DD used to do in Geet is copied by Sanaya and not to mention her hairstyle in the initial few months was almost the same as DD in geet. Heck some of her dresses are also somewhat like what DD used to wear with a cut in the side to make it look like anarkalis.) The only difference is the Shyam track but then they would have to have something different bcz then no one would watch a copy cat show.

II) Secondly, IPK comes on Star plus so obviously it has a greater reach. That's one of the reasons they won the ITA. Winning ITA being from Star plus isn't really an achievement. DD and GC won the ITA last year even though they were from a small channel like Star One. Now that's commendable.

III) How can you measure popularity based on FB pages? Is every single person living on earth on FB? How would you know EVERYONE'S preferences? Do you know them personally? I can also claim that DD's more popular bcz she's the only actress who's been at the top for longest on IF. Sanaya hasn't even reached the 3rd position. And yes, she might next week bcz of buzz. She got tagged in 3 or 4 articles (actually even BS and GC did) while DD got tagged in 0 articles this week as well so obviously DD's rank is going to slip this week as well. But who cares? DD's always going to be our fav!

IV) Like someone mentioned, it took sanaya 4 shows to gain such huge popularity while DD was popular from the starting of her career! So who are you to decide DD's popularity based merely on some FB pages? If you don't know than Geet has the highest fans on FB something like 280K to 300K and IPK highest FB page is just around 200K so I could also claim that IPK is not as popular as Geet was!

DD is such a brilliant,versatile and talented actress not to mention dancer!

she is hard working and has an amazing bubbly personality and an infectious smile!

she has great sense of humour- always try to make everyone laugh..

she is humble, down to earth and she appreciate her fans she never takes them for granted..

She is simply lovable and completely adorable it's really hard to not love her!

OTHER CELEB FANS ARE GETTING FORCED TO TALK ABT HER N HER FANS THATS SHOWS POPULARITY...SHE DID'NT NEED ANY CERTIFICATE FROM YOU FOR HER POPULARITY

u guys must be insane or truly jobless,, glad not all ipk fans r like the ones who brought sanaya here,, by making this topic u proved that drashti is worthy n capable of givin ur fav star a competition,,😉😉
drashti has worked only for star1 until now and earned so many fans,,
the actual competition will come now with drashti working in madhubala which has good reach like star!! when the show makes its place on top we ll let u know y we love drashti n what makes her popular??
