She probably has a migraine...if she doesnt take pain meds or blood thinners (which is one more effect of paracetamol) her symptoms will worsen rapidly and it could take 24-36 hrs to get better in the very least...😃😃

regarding ma interview..went on very well.

do you think it could be a migraine starting up? If you have had migraines before (even if it didnt burn at the time)...take some med for it right away else it could get worse...

Awww..cud that be da cause..i've not had migraine b4.
i called up my doc n guess what..she was like 'take paracetamol n lie down for a couple of hrs'. 😕

Paracetamol is the favored painkiller...though it is probably a good idea to lie down for a couple of hours

But once u mentioned the burning sensation..i dont think it can be migraine.. u dont feel any sensitvity to light or anything like that do u?

i do feel, Sara. i feel like going to a place where i can get cool, fresh air.

rils..u dont feel like sitting in a dark room or sumthing do u...coz before the migraine attacks people usually feel a visual aura..(but it is not necesary for all of them to feel it)....

Take two more (give 8 hrs between your previous intake and this one)...lie down and put a damp towel (preferably cold) on your forehead...turn the AC off...and stay in a dark room...with no audio (talking, TV, radio, phone, etc.) distractions...and dont read or anything just lie down and concentrate on your breathing only...

after reading your statement i am even more certain its a migraine...it will take time to get better but thank god that you dont have the other more violent symptoms it can have!

email me if you need more suggestions...my mom, my fiance, and me - all of us have migraines thats why i am telling you what i am...if you have someone who can run and get you some over the counter medication for migraines...it might help more...(i take advil migraine when i get migraines - but touch wood havent had one in almost 2 years!).

Rils please read this:-

A migraine headache is a severe pain felt on one, and sometimes, both sides of the head. The pain is mostly in the front around the temples or behind one eye or ear. Besides pain, you may have nausea and vomiting, and be very sensitive to light and sound. Migraine can occur any time of the day, though it often starts in the morning. The pain can last a few hours or up to one or two days.

We don't know what causes migraine headaches, but some things are more common in people who have them.

Headache triggers can vary from person to person. Most migraines are not caused by a single factor or event. Your response to triggers can also vary from headache to headache. Many women with migraine tend to have attacks brought on by:
•lack of food or sleep
•bright light or loud noise
•hormone changes during the menstrual cycle
•stress and anxiety
•weather changes
•chocolate, alcohol, or nicotine
•some foods and food additives, such as MSG or nitrates

POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS OF MIGRAINES

•Intense throbbing or dull aching pain on one side of your head or both sides.
•Nausea or vomiting
•Changes in how you see, including blurred vision or blind spots
•Being bothered by light, noise or odors
•Feeling tired and/or confused
•Stopped-up nose
•Feeling cold or sweaty
•Stiff or tender neck
•Light-headedness
•Tender scalp

though i dont know how much this is going to help you..this is the simplest on i could find from the migraine info that i have on my PC..
