Bc as a parent its easier said than done. Especially when it comes to daughters and their future. Parents want to coddle and protect their kids from making mistakes, no matter how old the kids are.

Although I think if Amma could stay away from Raghav for 10 yrs, she has the capability of stepping aside and letting Keerti make her own mistakes too. But still I think it just goes back to the point above.

@bold : i think during those times she did longed for her son but her hurt and pain always stopped her so can't compare to that.

And yes i agree that it's not easy for a mother to do that but then there are much more stable ways to handle the situation.
