Why can't Amma do the same thing for Keerti now? Let her make those mistakes and then they can help her get back after she falls.

In fact in the drunk episode she told Pallavi to let Keerti make her mistakes and learn from it.

Their approach to Keerti is so wrong. The only sensible person who could have better dealt this problem is pallavi who is rather occupied elsewhere in urgent matters.

Agreed but it shows that she can't be always around them solving their family issues. Amma and Raghav needs to learn how to keep their family intact and handle a girl like Keerti. It's not only Pallavi's job as a DIL or wife.
