Wont be commenting much abt the rest of the episode. It was good. Kind of expected too.

Just dt Keerthi ka obsession abhi b samajh nai aa rha. Must hv seen something on Sunny to be dis crazy abt him.

Anyways..

My post is just about the last scene of the episode.

Short as it was , it was so significant.

Pallavi after years of turmoil , was letting go off her past , her tears flowing away signifying d release of her painful past that she had been holding on to in some way or the other. She got her closure. Had the closure come earlier , probably it wouldnt hv been as significant as it is right now for her. She has accepted her marriage to Raghav wid all her heart. It started as a compromise , moved forward as a second chance to Raghav but now she is in it because she wants to. She has slowly allowed herself to be happy in the marriage that once felt forced. The dreams and expectations dt had once been taken away from her , she has allowed them to be rekindled. The Pallavi who never saw a future for just herself.....has now begun to see it wid Raghav.

Wid all her past burdens getting washed away wid the tears , a painful chapter in her life has come to an end and she is now ready to move on and move forward into the new chapter of her life holding on the hands of the person who has brought this new light into her life.

Such a short , non dramtic yet poignant scene.

Yes I liked how non dramatic it is. It was like a quiet scene. No too much getting lost in each other. Just being der for each other.

What a beautiful post. You’ve written it so well and captured it so beautifully. Pals has closed the past hanging doors and she’s all set for her new life. No conditions.

Very much agree with all your points.

I love that at first they showed her just by herself - you could tell she had spent a few moments alone & Raghav gave her that time to come to terms with all that had happened.

She was able to reflect on it and definitely close that chapter in her life (on her end/from her perspective, lets just ignore how we know Mandaar is alive).

The past few years of her life were in this weird sense of limbo - yes D fam had accepted her (pre-Raghav) as a daughter, she had a place with them, but at the end of the day her relation to them was always an extension of Mandaar. Their acceptance of her as a daughter was also because of Mandaar. So much of her past few years of her life was still tied to him that until she knew what happened she'd always wonder about him and wouldn't be able to fully let go.

But now she's also ready to leave that past in the past and fully accept and work on her future with Raghav. I hope they give us more moments like this in the future. I love how they can really sit and talk about their lives - past and present - with each other. They have real conversations and thats just.. so refreshing on ITV?
