I actually think there was logic in the sense of there's reasoning behind what each character did/said:
Pallavi - she is someone who always gives people several chances to do good and the right thing. She is still holding onto that friendship she did have with Keerti to plead/force her to own up to her mistakes. That's where Pallavi is coming from. She's also probably going to appeal to Keerti as the sister, to save her brother from taking the fall.
Amma - also operating from the same place of what Keerti was, or appeared to be - the good girl. She's trying to appeal to Keerti's good side.
Raghav - while I agree, there's no reason why he should've given himself up like some consolation prize for Pallavi. Like you said, it's not going to give any closure to her and he shouldn't keep trying to force it. But even then, I understand why he did it. He thinks something is better than nothing. He knows deep down this won't give closure to Pallavi, but maybe he thinks it might give closure to D fam which he knows means a lot to Pallavi too (she's not doing this just for her own closure, but for them as well). He's an incredibly desperate man stuck in an incredibly sticky situation. He's also operating from what he can do about the situation now. Like he said, his sister has a whole future ahead of her. He thinks he's not deserving of his current happiness anyway = => let me just sacrifice myself and let my sister live well. This is what happens when the death of a younger sibling (and father) is already hanging over his head. He thinks Pallavi will eventually accept it because he's counting on Pallavi understanding and accepting his need to protect his family. He's underestimating Pallavi's feelings for him.
Also, just because Keerti sides with their boyfriend, who's evil/bad sides she doesn't see, doesn't mean she's automatically a hopeless person to the other characters. We see everything so thats why we all have written her off as just being bad. But the other characters don't see what we see. They only see the two instances where she's done questionable things, her whole relationship with Sunny, and this accident. Outside of that, they don't know anything else about Keerti's behavior (i.e. how she badmouths all of them behind their back etc.) that would make them think she's so far gone.
EDIT: I should add they all think she's just lashing out because she's desperate and scared. That's probably why they're trying to convince her to do the right thing even when she says things like she has no sharam left.
