Pallavi unwell?

Why i am feeling that Pallavi is unwell and she is hiding it from family.

When she asked for 1 month and RR accepted it. Her dilog was "Janese pahle mai sab set karna chahati hoon"

Then she is collapsed during Mehendi

After that she was pucking

If indeed she does have an illness, then perhaps Raghav will discover it after they get married and look after her.

Those incidents did seem to happen after the day when she was kidnapped and then came home from Raghav's place. Plus he was drunk. So in everyone's eyes, that could be brought up as the day when this happened, and Pallavi might MU, though nothing happened

If she is still unwell, then Raghav will take care of her, but she seemed pretty okay post that appointment and showed no other signs. Can we assume then that the reports were either made on Sulu's chaal or that someone else is obvio preggs and she is taking blame?
