Shivangi reminds me so much of Akansha Singh from Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha. They have similar features and I think its the widow thing.

Tell me about it. I dont think I've watched a first episode in a serial as much as this one. First episodes are usually bland but they really did good in this one.

I don't know the languages mentioned here as I am not Indian so not familiar with other dialects. To me, both leads are fresh faced and seemed to suit one another. They seemed to be dressed as appropriate their status in life - can't tell you enough time I get annoyed when I see someone who is supposed to be poor but dressed in designer clothes or have stylised hair, nails and etc! I love the sari heroine wears, she looks so graceful and makes it look easy not mention her natural and fresh faced look is so good. 😃

Arnav was never angry enough to around beating people, as hero seems to be here. If people don't know 'Deewane', I would say look it up... Not a Raman either, who despite his hard words was a family man first and foremost.

It is still early days so maybe we will find out more but at the moment it seems hero is a loner with a chip on his shoulder, something against marriage or cynicism that all women want him for money. Heroine, a widow but MiL wants her to marry so we all know where that is going!👍🏼

There is something about the leads that even if they are not in the same frame ,they are connected,i even enjoyed about their phone call, the chemistry is there ,hope the makers used well

The male leads character suits him well maybe because it is a different background

Happy to discover a new cultural and accent

I really want this show to became a hit

Because all element of an intense lovestory is there👏

Leads pairing gives me the vibes of Pavitra Rishta's Archana-Manav's pair, only difference is male Raghav is hot headed outside unlike Manav but once he comes down he might become softer like Manav outside as well because he is softer inside already. ❤️

I felt the vibes of the show got much more intriguing because of leads cultural background. Telugu and Marathi, both of which are very rich culture.

And the leads are connected to both of these languages, thats why their acting comes out as natural.

I heard Ketan is fluent in Telugu, Marathi (Mom is Maharashtrian), Hindi and also knows Tamil.

Where as, Shivangi is Maharashtrian and has also done some Telugu movies.

I'm finding the vibes very positive till now!

Yes, I agree. I like how the dialogue flows between the languages very naturally. It feels authentic because that is how most of us of South Asian heritage speak in our lives at home---we flow between 3-4 languages.

To me, the FL reminded me of Ishita from YHM, and the ML is a mixture of Raman and Arnav from YHM and IPKND. So far I am liking all the episodes that had aired.

Raghav and Pallavi remind me of early IPKKND's Arnav and Khushi---particularly now that they are challenging each other. Perhaps that is in part why I'm enjoying to show so much. Even some of the language echoes IPKKND. In a recent episode, Raghav said to Pallavi, "Welcome to hell" and I flashbacked to ASR.

I also think Raghav is a little too physical in comparison to Arnav. Arnav had control over his hands..he didn't lash out. Arnav's fury was scarier because he got revenge cold blooded. But Raghav is more bigda hua child inside and straightforward in your face type of anger. It shows more immaturity yet a tenderness than a cold cynicism of the world.

Interesting observations above.

I agree---Arnav's pain was internalized. Raghav's is blatant and visible.

One difference that is very clear already is that Raghav is a misogynist [one of the episodes alluded to some past betrayal by a woman] but Arnav didn't have issues with women.
