I did that… still not solved .. its not app problem.. its the account issue.. when I log out and try playing a video it works but if I login and try playing any video it doesn’t work…😡

I did that and got to know its a known issue and they are working on it .. and it seems it happened on global scale and all premium accounts are affected….I infact got hold of someone today in in-App chat Ziva and was told the same by their Executive …when I reasoned that I know few people whose premium accounts are still working.. he said that’s not possible and could be a rare case … anyways it seems they are working on it…
